Chapter 1032 Prophecy!

Chapter 1032 Prophecy!

Days passed, and Jason didn’t even think that he spent a single minute sleeping, or procrastinating.

There were so many things he wanted to research, and figure out.

But recalling the day he arrived in the underground base of the High Rulic Dwarves, he instinctively halted in his tracks, lowering the book he had just been reading.

“These Crown Princes and Princesses are truly scary…and I am supposed to meet them today!!”

Goosebumps sprang over his entire body, and Jason could only feel odd, clearly recalling their encounter in the elevator.

It was sudden and certainly a weird way to meet someone for the first time.

However, their words still flashed through his mind.

‘World of technology…that’s fine, but what the hell were they talking about ‘Universe’s future?! And why would they wait for me, to begin with?’

Too many things confused him about the welcome, and then there was still the fact that they wanted him to meet their parents, the race’s Gods, just a week later.

This was truly confusing, and it was also how their interactions had ended, abruptly.

Jason gained permission to enter the High Rulic Dwarf’s library, where he was currently at.

Furthermore, he was also allowed to access the forging rooms, inscribing chambers and so on.

All of this was weird, and Jason had no idea what was the reason behind the sudden change in the High Rulic Dwarves’ behavior, and even Quill was not sure.

He was meeting Quill for the first time, and the Dwarf leader of the small Elite Unit could only tell him that he had been told to treat him with the highest respect.

In the end, Jason simply told himself that the reason was the way the Mana Beast God had treated him.

After all, this was the only logical reason for the royalty of the High Rulic Dwarves to act like this.

Little did he know that his assumption was entirely wrong.

This was something he understood only a week after his arrival while facing the two strongest existences of the High Rulic Dwarf race, their Gods, in person!

Even if he encountered the Crown princesses and princes just a week ago, he didn’t expect the two Gods to sacrifice their precious time to speak with him.

However, this only indicated that his existence was far more interesting, or more precisely, his arrival in the Empire of the High Rulic Dwarves!

He had been ordered to wait in a ginormous entrance hall that glimmered as if not a speck of dust had ever touched it. But, Jason was unable to take a proper look at the intricate artwork of the entrance hall, as he came face to face with two seemingly ordinary-looking Dwarves.

Without his Divine eyes, Jason would believe that they were an existence at the Ascendion stage, or somewhere around that, and nothing he could see with his bare eyes was impressive about them.

Yet, owing to what his eyes perceived, Jason didn’t even dare to move right now, and he secretly hated the fact that Jennifer was able to continue research about runes in the Dwarf’s library.

He knew that the Dwarves in front of him had concealed their cultivation base, and this was the reason that made it possible for him to be able to stand in front of them without being suppressed by their overbearing presence.

After all, facing their wrath might accidentally kill him if they were to be irked by his actions.

“Hello Jason, it’s nice to finally meet you! We have been waiting for you…for a very long time!”

His name was known to the Dwarf Gods owing to Quill. He reported everything that had happened during the earlier incident to his superiors.

Because of the events that occurred, Quill was punished, rather than Jason being thrown out of the Empire owing to the death threat he issued.

This was confusing, and it made him even more certain that something weird was going on.

“Jason, do you know why we live on Tagran, that too underground? Right at this location which is not that far from three Beast Gods?”

He didn’t even know that there were a total of three Beast Gods nearby.

As such, he couldn’t help but look at them in confusion, and shake his head while answering,

“I am sorry, but I have no idea…”

As if the Dwarf Goddess, who had been talking to him was completely unbothered by his ignorance, she decided to be straightforward and revealed the reason for their weird behavior with him,

“To put it simply, a prophecy led us to this place because our old home had specific issues with the cultivation energies. As such, here, on Tagran we were able to prosper, and start researching ways to overcome the issues of the past!

Coincidentally, it is exactly the same prophecy that told us about you, and your arrival!”

Jason just nodded his head, not understanding why the Goddess was telling him all of this.

It was out of nowhere, and had nothing to do with him…or so Jason thought.

Yet, when he heard the Goddess’ last comment, he could only squint his eyes as he lifted his head in an instinctive manner.

He ended up staring straight in the almost black eyes fo the Dwarf Goddess, and asked disbelievingly,

“Are you sure that this is not a mistake? Maybe you are mistaking me for someone else!”

Because he was so baffled, Jason even forgot to address her formally.

However, that didn’t seem to bother the two Gods as the Goddess spoke once again.

“Well, the prophecy speaks about someone with the eyes of the all-seeing God, the God’s Halo of a Royal Celestia, the possessor of innumerable domains, and the owner of a planet in his heart. If I am wrong, please correct me, but is that you, or someone else?”

The voice of the woman was calm, to the extent that Jason figured that she was fully aware of who he was, and what the secrets of his existence were.

This made him feel odd, but also ponder about her words that clearly spoke about him, his soul world, and much more.

The only issue was that he had no idea what exactly domains were, to begin with.

“I do not understand what you mean by domains, but…I guess that is trivial… I agree that it should be me, even if everything but the God’s Halo is quite exaggerated.” Jason replied before adding in a low voice,

“And I have no idea if my father is a Royal Celestia, but that should be true, if the Mana Beast God was astonished about my existence and background as well…”

The woman just smiled at Jason’s reaction, interested in the fact that he was much calmer than expected.

As such, she decided to give him a clue about the existence of domains.

“It is only obvious for you to be unable to wield a domain for now. You are not a True God yet, after all!

But we found out that you can wield multiple auras. You do know that this is impossible under normal circumstances, right?

Either way, domains are a further advanced and developed version of Auras, and as you are a True God, they will always be improved, and further enhanced. This is how our cultivation can progress while being a True God!”

Jason just nodded his head at those words.

It was great for him to get some information about his future’s cultivation path, but he was still not able to grasp what was going on.

He just wanted to study blacksmithing, more about rune inscription, more about world bridges, technology and so on.

Yet, he was forced to stand in front of a Goddess that acted like a fortune teller, one of the two Gods of the High Rulic Dwarves that blabbered something about knowing him from some sort of prophecy.

Comparing this weird revelation that made literally no sense to the way he had been greeted by Quill, Jason definitely preferred the time he had been shot at with the Shian gun.

Despite all the hospitality he received, there was also something Jason didn’t understand.

It made him tilt his head in a nearly inconspicuous manner as he realized something about this so-called prophecy that made no sense, at all, like almost everything he had heard during the last minute or two!

“If you…have been waiting for me, what exactly was it that you meant? Like what are you expecting me to do?”

Considering the expected looks on their faces, they were sincere in their response to having eagerly waited for him.

But on the other hand, others didn’t seem to be aware of what the prophecy was.

Otherwise, Quill would have recognized him immediately as the most likely candidate to be the being the prophecy spoke about.

But even if Jason expected quite a few answers, including ‘we don’t know’ he couldn’t help but be astonished about what he heard!

“We want to return to our Universe!”
