Chapter 1546 - I Would Like to Introduce My Daughter
Yan Yan did not speak. She simply reached her little hand out towards Yan Su while making incoherent sounds with her mouth, and no one knew what she was trying to say.
Luosang knew she wanted Yan Su to carry her, but she could not restrain herself from carrying Yan Yan out anyway.
“Older Sister?” Jiang Peiying raised her eyebrows.
Luosang was baffled. Was she not the older sister? Was the girl perhaps a daughter of a relative instead?
“Sangsang, where’s your car? Let’s leave first,” Yan Su suggested when she saw the crowd surrounding them grow.
“Alright.”
Luosang was driving the white Bentley that Nian Junting had given to her as a present on their first wedding anniversary.
Nian Junting had originally intended to give her a limited edition Lamborghini sports car in bright red, which was rumored to cost ten million! However, Luosang found the car too flashy and refused to accept it. Later, Nian Junting had no choice but to forgo the Lamborghini in favor of the white Bentley. According to him, despite its unassuming exterior, this model was a special import, and there were only three such cars in the whole country. Thus, he had gotten it.
Back then, Luosang had been convinced that his understanding of the word “unassuming” was wrong, but since it was the thought that mattered most, she accepted the gift from her husband.
After getting into the car, Yan Jin began crawling around the red leather seats. “Wow, Older Sister! Your car looks so exotic! It looks so much better than that antique that my parents drive. There’s even a child car seat here! Older Sister, do you have a child?”
“If you continue moving about, I’ll throw you out of the car!” Jiang Peiying warned.
Yan Jin pouted, but he complied.
“It’s fine. My son likes crawling around inside my car too,” Luosang said with a smile. “My son is over a year old. Both of you can play together in the future.”
“That’s a great idea, especially since I’ll be staying in Xia City till the end of the summer vacation!” Yan Jin said as he did a little dance happily.
“Who agreed to that?” Jiang Peiying retorted.
“I decided it on my own,” Yan Jin pulled his neck between his shoulders as he replied guiltily.
Jiang Peiying was speechless.
Luosang laughed till her tummy ached and she said to Yan Su, “Your little brother is really interesting. Why aren’t you introducing them? This is…”
She was now a little uncertain about how to address the cute little princess. After all, she still had no idea whether or not the little girl was Yan Su’s little sister.
Yan Su carried Jin Yan over, and after hesitating for a few moments, she forced a smile onto her face and said, “She’s my daughter.”
Luosang was speechless.
What?
What? What?
She was unable to react for a while, and after ten seconds of silence, she stopped the car by the side of the road and said solemnly, “That’s a good one, Susu. But don’t think for one moment that I’m unaware that you don’t have a boyfriend.”
“She’s really my daughter,” Yan Su said seriously. “Can’t you tell that we resemble each other a little bit?”
Luosang scrutinized her closely before shaking her head. “Not at all,” she replied.
It was Yan Su’s turn to be speechless.
Even though they were not spitting images of each other, it was ridiculous to say they did not resemble each other, not even a little.
“She’s really my daughter. She’s called Yan Yan!” Yan Su repeated. “I lied to you when I told you that I went to the United States to study. I actually went home to have my baby.”
Luosang took several deep breaths and said, “And you call yourself my friend? Susu, how could you not tell me something so important? Whose child is it? Does she belong to that bastard, Shi Xiang?”
“No…”
“Susu, stop covering up for that bastard,” Luosang said agitatedly as she held her hand. “I just knew you couldn’t let him go.”
Jiang Peiying smiled.
That was exactly what everyone had thought in the past.
However, she had no intention of saying anything at the moment. She had guessed that this person was Mo Liuxi’s older sister, and wanted to take the opportunity to find out a little more about what their family was like.
