n“Perfect. Let’s eat together,” said Yang Rong, “Your Lil Bai and I are at the supermarket. We’ll buy some groceries and prepare them at your place.”

n“Sounds good to me,” said Chu Tian, “I’m quite looking forward to Lil Bai’s cooking.”

n“Only her cooking? Not her?”

n“Of course, her too,” laughed Chu Tian, “How could I not look forward to seeing her?”

n“Hey, Chu Tian,” Bai Xiaochun’s voice sounded from the phone, “What do you want to eat?”

n“Anything’s fine,” said Chu Tian, “I like anything prepared by my Lil Bai.”

n“Tsk, smooth talker,” Bai Xiaochun laughed, “I’ll just purchase whatever then. We’ll be there later.”

n“Sure thing. Tell me when you’re here so that I can go downstairs to help carry the groceries.”

n“Okay. See you later then.”

n“Later.”

nAfter hanging up the phone, Chu Tian looked to his phone and licked his lips.

nWhen Li Sisi was leaving, she mentioned that Bai Xiaochun will be coming to find him. At that time, Chu Tian didn’t take her words seriously at all.

n“It’s only you who didn’t think the grocery bags were heavy, okay?” Yang Rong complained, “I’m the one carrying all the heavy items, okay?”

nSeeing Yang Rong’s resentment-filled look, Chu Tian laughed, “Come on in and cool yourselves. Look, you’re both all sweaty.”
