Chapter 65 - The Destructive Power of the Sh*t-Stirrer
n
n
n
nSplendor Plaza was
n
none of the prosperous areas in the capital city. It was just one street away from Jingwen Square. The residents here were either rich or from noble families.
n
nUnder the night sky,
n
nthe cold, biting wind was blowing, and its chill was bone-penetrating.
n
nOne could be so close and still not be able to see the person who was practically standing opposite him.
n
nA figure appeared in the corner in a sorry state. He leaned against the wall and panted heavily. His eyes were glazed over as a violent murderous intent surged in his body. He clenched his fists tightly. “F*ck you, Dragon Lake Institute!”
n
nHe rested for a while.
n
nYin Jijie adjusted his aura and glared in a certain direction. “Old fart, no matter how powerful your Immense Righteous Energy is, you still can’t catch up with me. Serve you right!”
n
nLooking at the luxurious courtyard at the side, there was a palace inside.
n
nYin Jijie licked his lips ravenously and said with narrowed eyes, “I am just a step away from breaking through to Level 3 of the Profound Realm. I ‘ll have to make do with you guys.”
n
nWith a gust of night wind, he vanished and reappeared in the courtyard.
n
nAt this moment, a middle-aged man with a resolute expression walked out in this direction. As he walked, his powerful aura raged and thundered around him.
n
n“I’m pretty lucky.” Yin Jijie smiled sinisterly.
n
nHe melted into the darkness, totally undetectable even if the person was just standing opposite him.
n
nWhen the middle-aged man reached him, he instinctively sensed danger and stopped.
n
nA pair of tiger-like eyes scanned the area.
n
nMoments later,
n
nhe withdrew his gaze. He frowned and thought inwardly, “Could it be my imagination?”
n
nSuddenly,
n
na palm reached out from the bushes beside him, grabbed his neck, and lifted him off the ground.
n
nThe middle-aged man was shocked and furious. He activated his Level 10 Grand Master skills and circulated them with all his might, trying to break free.
n
nBoundless demonic energy rushed into his body from Yin Jijie’s palm.
n
nHe dispersed all the spirit energy he had just raised and sealed his shoulder bones.
n
n“A Profound Realm expert!” The middle-aged man realized with terror.
n
nHe wanted to warn the people in the residence, but he realized that no matter how hard he called out, he could not utter a single sound.
n
nHe broke out in cold sweat. Within seconds, he was drenched from head to toe.
n
n“I really enjoy seeing worthless creatures like you struggle in despair and panic,” Yin Jijie said with a smirk.
n
nHe opened his mouth wide and swallowed him in one gulp before his victim’s wide terrified eyes.
n
nHe smacked his lips and licked them longingly. “Not bad.”
n
nHis demonic aura surged outwards and transformed into the middle-aged man. Even his clothes were identical.
n
nHe emerged from the darkness.
n
nA guard hurried over. “Supervisor Ling, the prince is asking for you.”
n
n“The prince?” Yin Jijie frowned.
n
n“That’s right.”
n
n“Take me there,” Yin Jijie instructed.
n
n“Strange! Why does Supervisor Ling’s voice sound odd? Could it be that he has a sore throat?” Though the guard was suspicious, he did not think much of it.
n
nThey stopped in front of the palace.
n
n“The prince is inside,” the guard said.
n
nYin Jijie’s eyes were filled with evil as a crazy thought appeared in his mind. Although the dragon aura on the prince’s body was very faint, it was nonetheless dragon aura.
n
nIf he ate him, he would definitely be able to break through to Level 3 of the Profound Realm.
n
nAt that point,
n
neven if that old fart from Dragon Lake Institute still came after him, there was no need for him to flee anymore. With his innate divine ability, he could even kill him.
n
nYin Jijie pushed open the door and walked in.
n
nA young man was sitting at the head of the table drinking tea.
n
nBeside him sat an old man with white hair. There was no fluctuation of any spirit energy, but he gave people the sensation that he was very dangerous.
n
nAfter closing the door,
n
nYin Jijie walked over calmly. Seeing that he was getting closer, he didn’t stop but continued walking towards him.
n
nThe young man was called Xia Ming, son of Viceroy Ming.
n
n“Stop right there!” Xia Ming’s face clouded over.
n
nAt this moment,
n
nonly three steps separated them.
n
nHowever, Yin Jijie did not stand still. Instead, he dashed towards him like a flying arrow.
n
n“How dare you!” The old man became enraged.
n
nHe lashed out like lightning, and rays of supreme red light swept out. An overpowering aura erupted, and his palm clapped out in a devastating fashion, whipping up a huge palm wind to blast towards Yin Jijie’s head.
n
nXia Ming also sensed that something was wrong. This ‘Supervisor Ling’ in front of him was different from the previous one. He was giving off evil vibes.
n
nThere was no respect in his eyes. Instead, there was murderous intent, that viewed Xia Ming himself as prey.
n
nAt the critical moment,
n
nhe leaped nimbly, and rolled to the back.
n
n“Where do you think you’re going!” Yin Jijie sneered mercilessly.
n
nAs his right hand shot out in an overpowering grab, he came so close to catching him. However, he only ended up with a large chunk of his shirt.
n
nThe old man’s huge palm also blasted over.
n
n“Get lost!” Yin Jijie shouted.
n
nBillowing demonic aura erupted, and the wolf claws morphed into fists which punched out with a destructive force.
n
nAfter the punch, the two of them took three steps back.
n
nThe surrounding tables and chairs had been destroyed, but the hall remained intact. This was deliberate on both sides, as both sides were afraid that a big commotion would bring unnecessary trouble.
n
n“Who are you?” Xia Ming hid behind the old man and stared at him in a steely gaze.
n
n“I’m Supervisor Ling! My good prince, have you forgotten me so quickly?” Yin Jijie broke into an evil smile.
n
n“What trickery!” The old man gave a dismissive snort.
n
n“You’re the wolf demon that Old Gu was chasing!”
n
nXia Ming’s face turned pale, but he quickly regained his composure.
n
n“Wow, you guessed my identity so quickly?” Yin Jijie asked in mock surprise.
n
nHe looked at the torn clothes in his hand. There was a book as thin as cicada wings in the midst. He threw the clothes away, revealing the contents. On the cover were the words ‘Celestial Varg Guards’.
n
n“How dare you? Even our Lunar Howling Varg Tribe doesn’t dare to name ourselves Celestial Varg. How dare you name a small book like this using these hallowed words?”
n
nHe flipped open the book and it revealed the general outline of the ‘Celestial Varg Guards’ training manual.
n
nAfter he finished reading the introduction,
n
nYin Jijie put the items away and looked at the two of them mockingly. “So you guys are the ones responsible for all the commotion swirling around the ‘Celestial Varg Guards’ case in the capital city recently.”
n
nXia Ming started to panic. “Give me back my stuff!”
n
n“Are you all right, Your Highness?” The guard’s voice could be heard from outside the door.
n
n“No one comes in here without my orders!” Xia Ming barked out.
n
nYin Jijie nodded. “Sure! I’m not interested in this thing. As long as you let me eat you, I’ll return it to you.”
n
nXia Ming was speechless.
n
n“Are you really not going to hand it over?” The old man’s face turned ominous.
n
nYin Jijie shrugged and turned the tables on them. “If this gets out, I’m afraid your entire family will be executed and all possessions confiscated, right?”
n
n“You!” Xia Ming shouted angrily.
n
nSuppressing his anger, he changed tack and asked, “What would it take to make you give it to me?”
n
n“Smart! I like dealing with smart people,” Yin Jijie smiled menacingly.
n
n“Hand over everyone in your residence to me and I’ll return it to you.”
n
nXia Ming gritted his teeth, his thoughts spinning furiously in his mind as he considered the gains and losses.
n
nBefore long, he made a decision. He couldn’t afford to lose the ‘Celestial Varg Guards’ manual!
n
n“I promise!”
n
n“As expected from a prince, you’re indeed ruthless. I like that,” Yin Jijie said sarcastically.
n
nXia Ming was about to give the order to summon everyone outside into the room one by one for Yin Jijie to eat, when
n
nan unexpected visitor arrived once again.
n
n“Bastard! If you hadn’t used your elemental demonic energy, I would have been fooled by you. Let’s see how you escape this time!” A furious roar could be heard from outside.
n
nAll three of them turned pale in an instant.
n
nXia Ming was exasperated, his eyes blazing with rage. He wanted to swallow Yin Jijie whole. “You… you led him here!”
n
