Chapter 906: Increase Our National Strength

Kamakura didn’t have any fingerprints on his hands. It looks like the skin on his palms had been corroded by some kind of chemical substance. It was probably the same chemical substance that disfigured him. It made his already elusive identity even more mysterious.

However, many of Ai ShuQiao’s subordinates were weirdos. Like Cao Cao, she adhered to the principle of meritocracy and recruited many weird people to become her chess pieces.

I didn’t really delve into Kamakura’s past in particular. I guess he grew up in a very harsh childhood environment like Peng TouSi. Even if I told Professor Bai some of the information I got about Kamakura (very little), their calculation program could really find anything.

Time really flies by when you’re busy. Ever since the evening study sessions began, a month and a half had already passed. Tomorrow is Halloween, October 31st.

A lot of things happened during this short period of time.

The first thing, of course, was the densely packed curriculum for third year students. Our lives were filled with all kinds of high-intensity, high-pressure, education methods, and it made it seems like the white clouds in the blue sky had been distorted to make the word ‘study’. Many people claimed that they now suffered from depression, but compared with Wu Sheng, a real patient with depression, they were still miles away.

After the old principal retired early, the vice principal finally got his wish and became the leader of 28 Middle. However, because his name was Fu TianAn, the students who hated him deliberately mispronounced his last name with the fourth tone and made it sound like they called him ‘vice principal’ which really angered him.

Despite this, the vice-principal still colluded with the headteacher and formulated more new rules to restrict students. They turned 28 Middle into a sadistic paradise for them and they took pleasure in punishing students every day.

In this regard, everyone had various methods of resistance. The most recent one was when the vice-principal was being interviewed by the media, two boys deliberately hugged and kissed behind the vice-principal when he said ‘our student spirit is the best in the city’ into the microphone. After the video was broadcast on TV the next day, it was quickly reposted online, and made the vice-principal extremely embarrassed.

Of course, the rumor that ‘boys in 28 Middle are gay’ spread like wildfire. That’s probably something we should have considered beforehand.

As for class 3-3, not only did the principal change, but our class teacher also kept changing like a revolving door. Since Teacher Yu injured his butt, he was unable to stand for a long period of time and had to give lectures in a wheelchair. He couldn’t really perform the duties of a class teacher, so there was no way he could teach us English on a daily basis.

It wasn’t difficult to transfer a teacher to teach us English, but we haven’t been able to decide who will act as the head teacher of our class. So Shu Sha often had to sit in on the meetings between the teachers.

We were already veterans as third years when compared to the freshmen. Also, we had two devils in our class, me and Zhuang Ni, so none of the teachers were willing to be our substitute teacher. Nobody accepted even when the vice-principal offered a tempting bonus.

“Even if you get a bonus, you still have to be alive to spend it.” A certain teacher said, “Apparently, the reason why Yu JianGuo was injured was because Ye Lin beat up the son of a gangster, so they hired a mental patient to get revenge. Who knows if that kind of outlaw will come again next time.”

Teacher Yu’s original name is ‘Yu JianGuo’, but everyone jokingly calls him ‘Yu JinGuo’. It was good enough the teacher pronounced his name so well.

“Yeah, it would be fine if it was only Ye Lin.” A female teacher agreed, “Zhuang Ni is a huge problem. I don’t want any students to commit suicide by cutting their wrists while I’m teaching class.”

“Ye Lin and Zhuang Ni are indeed in trouble, but class 3-3 also has Shu Sha, their class leader.” The vice principal advised, “All of you should know about Shu Sha’s organizational skills. As long as you take the title of the teacher in charge of their class, Shu Sha will help you handle most of the homeroom teacher’s duties just like she assisted Jian Guo.”

Even when the vice-principal mentioned this, the teachers still shook their heads.

“No, no, if there was only Ye Lin or only Zhuang Ni, we could still accept this buy one get one free offer, but now it’s a buy one get two free offer… so it’s not practical…”

When no one was willing to serve as the homeroom teacher of class 3-3, the PE teacher Li DaYong came to the rescue for a bit, and then the school doctor, Chen YingRan, volunteered to serve as a ‘counselor’ to help handle the daily affairs of class 3-3, but because of her unusual interest in the boys, she was sent back to the infirmary after only two days of work.

However, some boys (such as Eunuch Cao) still missed the days when Chen YingRan appeared on the lectern. He once told me: As long as he still had photos of Chen YingRan wearing a short skirt and bending down to pick up the blackboard eraser in his phone, then he woulds till survive even if Qvod was banned.

Class 3-3 went more than 10 days without an official homeroom teacher, which really angered the parents. Gong CaiCai’s parents said that they had contacted lawyers and wanted to file a lawsuit against the school’s executives in conjunction with the last hostage incident. The vice-principal quickly called to comfort them personally, and asked a recent female graduate who was doing an internship to temporarily act as the homeroom teacher.

The teaching intern wasn’t any worse than Teacher Yu (because Shu Sha was there), but her mental endurance was obviously not good enough. She fell seriously ill after only two weeks as the homeroom teacher and she said a bunch of nonsense in the hospital. Apparently, one of the causes of her illness was due to the glares she received from me while at the lectern.

Who glared at you? It was polite for me to look at you when you explained things to everyone. I heard that when you had a high fever, you even yelled in a scolding tone, “Ye Lin, I’m a teacher”, what on earth were you thinking about? According to the rumors, I became a scumbag who won’t even let the female teacher go.

In the end, we had no other choice. Teacher Song, the homeroom teacher of Shen ShaoYi and Liu HuaiShui’s class, class 3-2, was appointed as the substitute homeroom teacher for our class. However, he only appeared when necessary. At other times, Shu Sha was left to be ‘self-autonomous’.

Although Teacher Yu didn’t have much of a presence in the past, the students still felt a little lost when he suddenly disappeared. All kinds of mischievous behaviors were restrained as a result, which saved the class leader a lot of trouble.

As I was experiencing the hardships of our third year, I still periodically donated blood to Ai ShuQiao. I realized that as long as I continued to provide blood, she would not interfere with my daily life, and she would try to satisfy my requests. Even Ai Mi’s farewell concert after leaving the entertainment industry was being prepared.

Ai Mi’s thoughts on this was: “I finally have to say goodbye to those perverts. Do you know how difficult it is for me to fake on a smile for them on stage?”

The research on using my semen to verify whether it had any special properties was abandoned halfway. However, I was still quite proud I was able to masturbate for the future of mankind.

As for Happy Science, Ai ShuQiao heard that the calculation program wasn’t perfect yet, so she wasn’t in a hurry to make me take action. She only asked me to win Professor Bai’s trust and prepare to get closer to the goal eventually.

Su Qiao, who lives in the Happy Science staff dormitory, gradually got rid of her reaction to static pictures and videos due to her training with Grandma Su. However, when Grandma Su called me to take off my clothes and pose for Su Qiao, Su Qiao still had an unbearable violent reaction. It seemed like it wasn’t a complete success yet and she still needed to work hard.

I was not in a hurry to steal the calculation program, and I only needed to donate blood once a week. Ever since I thought I wasn’t suited for further education, I didn’t really study seriously. Instead, I was invited by Director Cao to participate in an anti-Japanese TV series in Dong Shan Film City.

Director Cao tried his best to arrange the filming sessions on weekends, so that it wouldn’t conflict with my studies. I could also drop by the ‘Legend of the Magic Cauldron’ crew to see Ai Mi every time I was filming.

I actually didn’t have many roles in the 32 episode anti-Japanese TV series, but I was at least a secret killer for Dai Li’s “Anti-Japanese Killing Group”. My character would use their identity as a student as a cover and specialized in killing Japanese traitors, so it wasn’t an antagonistic character.

My co-star, Wang FuGui, an alumnus of 28 Middle (that’s not his real name, but it’s because he became famous), was very satisfied with my performance and thought that I gave off a killer’s atmosphere even without any makeup. Director Cao also believed that the filming was very successful and will definitely leave a deep impression on the viewers.

I couldn’t keep the filming a secret. The class leader and others found out about it before we were even a quarter of the way done with filming. The class leader was worried that I would have a heart attack while filming. Xiong YaoYue and Loud Mouth, on the other hand, were curious and because of their connection to me, they were able to play the role of two female students who chanted revolutionary slogans before they were driven away by the military police with a hose.

Xiao Qin had learned about my role a long time ago through Auntie Ren. She was very happy that I could get a positive role, and even came to the set to deliver lunch boxes to me several times, which made my single colleagues very envious of me.

However, after Director Cao edited the footage into a promotional video and posted it online, someone online misrepresented the ‘Anti-Japanese Killing Group’ as the ‘Anti-Japanese Rape and Murder Group’ and claimed that the Japanese invaders were raped first and then killed in retaliation.

Soon, a former Japanese Prime Minister paid homage to the Yasukuni Shrine, causing large-scale anti-Japanese demonstrations to break out in Dong Shan City and across the country. Some of the demonstrators held up pictures of me from the series and captioned it ‘Japan can suck my dick’ as they attacked Yoshinoya fast food chains.

Fortunately, I was smart and used the identity of ‘Wu Sheng’ from beginning to end. In addition, the photos were made to make me look older, so except for some close acquaintances, no else would know it was me.
