Chapter 177

“The air feels nice.”

Tsukasa took a deep breath of the fresh air while watching the scenery around him.

Without a doubt, Tsukasa knew this place wasn’t Japan.

How could Tsukasa be so sure that this place wasn’t Japan?

It was because he saw a vast potato farm in front of him.

If this was a Japan, with how limited the land in that country was, the people in that country would plant rice instead of potato.

‘So where’s this?’

Tsukasa observed his surroundings carefully, trying to find a clue about where he was.

A vast potato farm and grassland could be seen in front of him.

Some mountains covered the area, and a boundless green forest made him wonder whether there was no capitalist in this world.

More importantly, Tsukasa saw a village.

It wasn’t a huge village. Instead, it was a small one.

Tsukasa could see young and healthy girls helping the farm as they wiped the sweat on their foreheads. He just observed them quietly while using his telekinesis to make his body invisible, so no one would notice him.

While what he did was quite weird and sounded like a voyeur, Tsukasa didn’t have any bad thoughts. He was just trying to adjust his mind since he felt there were so many questions he needed to ask the people in this world, considering how clueless he was about this world.

There were many problems that he encountered right now.

His first problem was the language.

Tsukasa had no idea what kind of language those girls and women were talking about. It was also why he tried to hide his presence, listening to their conversation with his heightened sense of hearing, trying to understand their language slowly.

With his mind and the help of his Blazer ability to identify much information around him, he could understand their language sooner or later, but now, he needed time.

The second problem was that he felt he had returned to the past.

Whether it was the house architecture, the clothes of the people, or many other things he saw in his surroundings, Tsukasa felt he was thrown into a medieval era.

However, Tsukasa didn’t feel surprised. Instead, it was more surprising that he could have come to another Japan previously.

Tsukasa felt this is how another world should be.

Without electricity, modern devices, firearms, or many other things that were related to technology.

Tsukasa felt one of his dreams had been achieved when he came to this world.

‘It’s so interesting.’

It might be just a short time he came to this world, but he enjoyed it.

However, while he enjoyed it, Tsukasa didn’t think he would live in this world since he didn’t think he could live without technology. He suddenly missed his smartphone, computer, potato chips, and a cold cola.

Well, enough of his babbling since the next problem was something he was curious about.

Tsukasa smelled a unique smell around this world.

Without a doubt, it was a creature, yet there was a smell of sacredness, holiness, or any other things that were related to a divinity around this world. It might seem weird for him to describe this smell with the word “divinity,” but this might be the most appropriate word for this smell.

‘Does a God exist in this world?’

Tsukasa had his doubts, but while he could smell those smells scattering around this world, there was one area that had an intense smell of divinity. It was like there were many of those smells in that area, unlike in the rest of the places.

Still, not only the smell of divinity, but Tsukasa also smelled various unique smells that he smelled for the first time.

Tsukasa became curious, but he suddenly saw a group of giant bipedal lizards that ran toward the group of young women.

‘Hmm?’

Tsukasa was dumbfounded when he saw the group of giant bipedal lizards.

‘A monster exists!’

Even if Tsukasa had expected this, he was still dumbfounded and felt the novelty of this world. It felt like he was thrown into the world of an RPG or something, but enough of that, the screaming of terror wasn’t something that he loved to hear. If they had to cry, it shouldn’t be in this place. Instead, it should be in his bed.

Tsukasa slapped his cheek suddenly since he knew it wasn’t the time to indulge in his bad hobby.

While wearing a white long-sleeve shirt that he tucked inside a fit long black pants, Tsukasa dashed toward the group of monsters while forming his cube into a spadroon. It might seem weird why he chose this weapon, but he felt this world was similar to Europe in the medieval era, so he felt it was weird if he chose to use a katana or other Japanese swords.

Instead, a spadroon was more natural.

Also, Tsukasa might be able to defeat them by using his telekinesis from a distance, but that way, he would lose his chance to talk with them.

Ah, please don’t misunderstand him.

Tsukasa didn’t plan to talk with the group of young women. Instead, he just wanted to talk about the information about this world since he was really clueless. He didn’t have a strange thought in his head, really.

While the group of women was running in terror, some of them couldn’t run and could only stand in fear.

However, one young woman suddenly shouted, which caused them to realize the danger they encountered.

The men and the people in the village also realized the group of monsters that ran in their direction.

However, in this peaceful village, there were no people who had the ability to fight against the group of monsters, so they could only stand in fear while praying for something or someone to help them.

Still, strangely, the group of monsters didn’t dare to approach the village.

This made everyone sigh in relief.

However, there were a few unlucky women who tripped and fell.

While the group of monsters was afraid to get closer to the villages, they were so hungry and wouldn’t let go of the group of unlucky women who fell!

“No!”

They were hopeless and tried to help, but the fear caused their bodies to paralyze that they could only watch this scene in horror.

However, suddenly a figure appeared in front of a group of unlucky women.

His figure was like a magnet. He attracted everyone’s attention right away.

However, the group of monsters had goosebumps and wanted to flee in horror when they saw his aura.

Still, it was too late.

*Slash!* *Slash!* *Slash!*

The blood scattered in the air, and the heads of several monsters were beheaded instantly before their bodies split into several parts.

There were no stains of blood on his shirt or pants.

There wasn’t even mud on his shoes.

Tsukasa stood there and looked at the monster in surprise since they exploded and turned into a dark fog before they vanished into the air. The only thing left was a strange stone with various colors on the ground where the monsters vanished. He picked up the stone curiously and felt the energy from it.

‘What the hell is this?’

Tsukasa thought, observing the stone, but someone interrupted him.

“Um…”

Tsukasa turned and looked at a fairly beautiful young woman with long braided hair that she draped over her shoulder. She also wore clothing like a village girl he saw in an RPG game. Then, with a language he learned earlier, he asked, “Are you okay?”

“Um…”

The girl nodded shyly with a red face.

“….”

Looking at this girl, Tsukasa felt it might be good to stay in this village for a while.
