nI stayed there for nearly an hour.

nI missed showering regularly. Now, that I had returned, I planned to do it every day.

nOnly, when I was fully satisfied, did I get out of the shower and change into comfortable clothes before walking into the kitchen.

nSo, I quickly took out the stuff and began to cook myself a lunch. It took me a little more than an hour, but a sumptuous lunch was in front of me.
