"Begin!

nThe voice rang out, and the people jumped toward the platforms immediately.

nOnly three on my platform didn't. a purple-skinned woman, that man from the Golden Prime organization, and me.

nWe kept looking at the tower and floating platforms, which had started moving.

nThe way they moved surprised everyone.

nSome are fast, some are slow. Some moved up, and some moved, some left, and some moved. Some seemed to move totally erratically.

nPeople moved on them, jumping platform after platform, but jumped fast enough and didn't predict it well as they fell down.

nOn the platform, two people jumped and the other decisively kicked him out, letting him fall. There is no ground beneath us.

nI was thinking about whether these people died or ended up somewhere, one of the people who jumped and fell appeared on the platform.

nIt made me relieved, and also the person, who had appeared.

nNo one wants to die and now knowing there is no death. People would take even greater risks, including me, but it would also increase the difficulty of the challenge.

nA minute passed, and suddenly, all the floating platforms changed their behavior.

nI do not care about people going higher with some breaching through the clouds. With the number of people falling down, it would be an idiocy, to start climbing without understanding those things.

nThose people that went up are lucky. If they don't understand the pattern, they will fall down eventually.

nMinutes passed, and I continued studying them. I am making progress, but it is slow.

nIf I had some help from my clones. I would find the pattern already.

nIt's fine. This way, it is more challenging. My clones may be good, but I am capable as well.

nTen minutes passed, and I was still on the platform, while those beside me at least jumped on the platform once. Though many had fallen down and back on the platform.

nThere is no single person, who hasn't gone up and fallen down on my platform.

nIt is not just erratic platforms that make things difficult, but also people.

nThey are pushing each other out and with everyone's strength being the same, it becomes a challenge to deal with the person who wants to push you.

n'So this is the pattern,' I said as the things became clear to me finally.

nWith that done, I wasted not even a second and jumped on the platform, which started to fall immediately, but I only stayed on it for a moment before jumping into the one moving left

nEven the luckiest one had worked hard to reach this state. This means they are good; their balance is good.

nMany might think the clouds are the end, but they are not. It would be too easy; a challenge that could be finished within half an hour, while the time is for twelve hours.

nMost importantly, it is a challenge of intelligence. No luck.

nThere are many lucky people who were able to breach through easily without understanding

nthe pattern. They would even reach, the second cloud with their luck.

nIf I am not wrong. The challenge would be difficult enough, that even luck wouldn't be

nenough to cross it.

nMinutes passed, and soon, I had reached the second cloud.

nAs I passed through it, I saw the third layer of clouds waiting for me above.

nIt put a smile on my face.

"It wouldn't be easy,

" I said and jumped on the platform. I like it very much; it will make the competition interesting.

nHundreds of people are jumping up to complete this challenge first. Many seemed to

nunderstand the pattern and moving fast.

nI didn't move too fast.

nInstead of speed, I focused on understanding things. As I am sure, the creator of the challenge

nhad planned something more.

nIf it didn't, I would be really disappointed in the creator.

nA few minutes passed, and I jumped on another platform that took me up.

nI breached through the clouds through. I like to breach the platform, with those that go up; they lowered the risk in the cloud, that are thick.

nHun!

nI felt something, as the platform suddenly sped up. I looked at other platforms around me and what I saw couldn't help, but bring a big smile to my face.

"Very good,

" I said with a toothy grin.

nNow, I am sure, this challenge will not be simple at all. It is going to make a lot of people curse in frustration, while some, like me, will grin in joy.
