nHalf an hour passed before they realized it. Yu Li'er and Lei Liqiu went out of the bathroom, arms hooking, giggling and chatting. There was absolutely no trace of the previous conversation.

nLights gradually lit up one by one, illuminating the entire yacht. An elegant, antique chandelier hung in the lobby, and professional waiters walked around carrying trays with colorful drinks on it. People gradually filled in the yacht, men wore black suits with their hairs combed back, looking all neat, tidy and prideful whereas women dressed in their best gowns with meticulously styled hair and sparkling accessories.

nLei Liqiu gulped nervously and grabbed the hem of her dress habitually. Although she had been used to the glamorous life of rich people in Dreamscape Bar, somehow there was something different about the air here. Other than wealth and network, they were the cream of the crop in the country, ones that a commoner like Lei Liqiu couldn't even dream of meeting.

nMadam Lan guided the three of them through the lobby. Elegant laughter, business talk, scent of perfume, cologne and wines overwhelmed all of Lei Liqiu's senses. Fortunately, they soon left the lobby and walked up to the deck. The three didn't dare to make a squeak, obediently lining up together with Madam Lan although their heads were filled with questions.

nLei Liqiu scanned her surroundings discreetly through lowered eyes. The deck area could be considered empty compared to the lobby. A few parasols laid neatly and in every corner, there was always one or two bodyguards. Lei Liqiu couldn't help but feel nervous again.

nCould Mr. Xu do it? He was only alone while here, it was practically like sending himself to the wolves' den!

nNo. She clenched her fists. Calm down, Qiuqiu. You have to believe in Mr. Xu. He definitely has a plan.

nThe weather at night chilled considerably and Madam Lan soon became impatient.

"Where is Manager Si? He still hasn't arrived yet?

" Her bold tone made Lei Liqiu wonder what her identity was. It seemed like Madam Lan was quite an important figure in Dreamscape Bar, she could even order Manager Si around—who was considered to be the power holder.

nThe bodyguard pressed on the earpiece and answered politely.

"They are on their way.

nThey? Could Manager Si be with…him?

nTrue to the bodyguard's words, they only had to wait for less than five minutes before the loud sound of a motor boat approached the yacht. However for Lei Liqiu, it seemed like she had been waiting for so long to the point where she almost couldn't feel her fingers.

"Yes, Manager Si and the client today is arriving. Prepare a suite room and the goods.

" The guard said into the walkie talkie.

nThe white, medium sized motorboat was decked onto the yacht and wooden plank was let down. Lei Liqiu struggled to make out the figures amidst the strong wind.

nThe first to come up was Manager Si. The man opened up the button of his suit jacket and nodded in thanks. His hair fluttered along with the wind yet his gentle expression remained the same. However, only they knew what laid beneath those kind smiles of his.

nThere were another two people behind him, held up with the support of the bodyguard. Lei Liqiu suppressed her gasp. One of them was Xu Binchen! He had his eyes blindfolded and hands tied up in front of him. Even so, it couldn't obscure his unusual temperament and the dormant power emanating within.

nEven though he was surrounded by men with guns, he stood his ground calmly. His aura even suppressed theirs. Xu Binchen rejected the bodyguard who touched him and climbed onto the yacht himself. After his feet touched the solid ground, he asked.

"So, is there anything more I have to do, Manager Si? I am starting to suspect your sincerity.

"

nManager Si smiled and signaled for the bodyguard to disperse. He untied the bind around Xu Binchen's wrists.

"My apologies, Mr. Xander. It's not like we are doubting you, but this is the usual procedure we have to go through. I ask for your generous understanding.

"

nXu Binchen took off his blindfold and sneered, his cold eyes jeering.

"Yeah, sure. If I am not generous, I will not be standing here with you now. So, how should you repay my generosity?

"

nManager Si smiled as if he didn't hear the sarcasm in the man's tone.

nXu Binchen didn't look like he was in a good mood. However, his face was defaulted like that anyway thus no one thought anything was strange with it. He raked his fingers through his dark hair and swept his gaze over, stopping at Lei Liqiu.

nShe didn't even realize that she hadn't taken her eyes off him even for a second since Xu Binchen arrived. The man looked as cold and dashing as she remembered him to be. Elegant, sophisticated dark blue suits covered his body, the two topmost buttons unclasp perfected with a loose tie around his neck.

nAs the man's eyes fell onto her, only then did Lei Liqiu realize she had been holding her breath.

"Ah…

" He gave a slight lazy smile.

"So you brought my favorite here to appease me? Not bad.

"

"What are you waiting for?

" Madam Lan whispered impatiently and pushed her back forward. Lei Liqiu tumbled on her steps and gingerly walked toward Xu Binchen, putting her cold hand onto his outstretched one. In an instant, she was pulled into the man's embrace, powerful arm wrapped around her waist.

nLei Liqiu could hear nothing but her heartbeat as Xu Binchen lifted her chin. She knew it was all acting, but she couldn't suppress her nervousness, happiness and thrill to see him just like a foolish maiden in love.

"Miss me, baby?

" He whispered affectionately.

nLei Liqiu lowered her eyelashes and nodded bashfully.

nShe grew even more ashamed when she heard Manager Si's laugh behind her. Xu Binchen discreetly tapped twice on her wrist and when she buried her face into the man's shoulder, she gave a faint nod.

nManager Si clapped to pull their attention.

"Let me introduce you.

" He gestured toward the man behind Xu Binchen who came together with them. With flowery gaudy shirt and huge, gold chain necklace, he looked frivolous, a typical second generation young master. Albeit his overall bearing was akin to the compassionate Buddha with his plump belly and chubby face. Nevertheless Lei Liqiu knew better than to be fooled because 'kind' and 'compassionate' weren't words which could be used for people involved in this business.

"This is our newest client, Director Wang Chengbing.

" Manager Si's gaze landed onto Yu Li'er, draining all colors from the girl's face.

"No 56, you will serve this honored guest tonight. Please make sure to provide him with your best service.

"

nDirector Wang sized Yu Li'er from head to bottom with a barely satisfied look.

"Good.

" He laughed loudly.

"This young master is very happy tonight. Come on! The beautiful woman is already here, where's the booze?

"
