Chapter 63 - Sully is Back, and Theodore Dead?

nInside Arthur’s magical bag an egg moved. It was Sully, who had become that way after getting his bloodline.
nTwo months had passed since then, and he had yet to hatch. Arthur was already happy as things were finally getting better; now even his friend was returning.
nArthur took out the egg from the bag, and placed it above his bed. It was moving, and cracks had showed up already.
nAfter what felt like an eternity, a small baby wyvern hatched. It was all white, and cute.
n“Ohh, look at this cutie!”
nArthur was moving his hands towards it to cuttle, and then a voice suddenly said inside his mind.
n“Don’t even think about it.”
n“Sully? Do you remember me?”
nHe wanted to see if the memories were still intact, and it seemed that was the case.
n“How would I forget such brat? Listen, I may look cute now, but I’m not a baby. Don’t treat me like one. Hey, what are you doing?” It was hard to resist. That cute little wyvern needed a cuddle.
n“When I turn into a huge wyvern, and you say, ‘Hey Sully, give a ride?’ I’ll answer with YOUR ASS!” “And when I turn into a huge DRAGON, and you say ‘Hey, Arthur, please teach me how to be a dragon’, I’ll say your ass. How does it sound?”
n“I-Damn it. It’s impossible to win against you.”
nIn the end, Sully had to give up, and receive the cuddle…
nThe number above Sully’s head was 2. He was only level 2, but Arthur knew that was not a problem at all.
nSully would have to grow strong all again? Yes, but his potential was way higher than what he had before. A fully grown wyvern is something powerful.
nAs there were only the two of them inside the office, Arthur explained to him everything that happened, and also the plans for the future.
n“You’re going to marry two beautiful girls? When will you introduce a beautiful wyvern to me?”
n“I don’t know any. Wait, I actually know one.”
n“You do!?” Sully was excited, and then all of his dreams were crushed after the next sentence.
n“Yeah, there’s Kai, HAHA!”
n“Fuck you!”
nArthur rolled on the bed, laughing, differently from Sully, who was pissed.
n“I like the idea of building a home though. Maybe we can conquer our own kingdom?” Sully said.
n“Calm down, boy. We still have a long way ahead of us.”
n“You’re right.”
nThe two of them talked about many things, and the person that interrupted them was Kai, who came knocking on the door.
n“Kai, just in time. Look who’s back!”
nKai gazed at the bed, and saw a baby wyvern.
n“Sully!”
n“No, don’t touch me!” Sully said, and that time, it was not only inside Arthur’s head.
nSully now had the ability to talk in the dragon’s tongue, which was surprising considering he was still a baby wyvern. It seemed the lineage of dragons was ahead of humans at all aspects.
n“I can understand you?”
n“And I can understand you too! That’s good news brat. I can talk with you instead of my master, who is a-”
nArthur gazed at Sully, seeing if he would be brave enough to finish the sentence.
n“Who is a marvelous person, just look at him. All handsome with his black hair, and black clothing. Dark, spooky!Boo!”
n“Hey, Kai. I’m planning on starting your training next week. You’ll be somewhat busy with the academy, so I’ll give you one week of peace.” “Sounds fair.”
nThat was not the truth. Arthur planned on getting some classes with Wisa before, so he could learn and then teach to Kai.
n“What weapon would you like to use Kai?”
n“Weapon? Hm, I guess a huge sword is cool.”
n“All right.” A marvelous coincidence. He also wanted to learn more about wielding a two-handed sword, and Kai just happened to want the same.
nAfter that small chat, Arthur left, leaving Kai and Sully to talk with each other.
nThe school’s mansion was well-built and Arthur found nothing wrong with that, but the academy felt as if it missed something.
n“The students don’t have anything to put their minds on in here. There are only trees, and bushes, and bugs.”
nArthur had the idea of building a hangout place for the students, with pools, and maybe a ping-pong table.
n“I can teach them that, and it is not impossible to build.”
nIt was a good idea, at least he thought so. Another thing the academy lacked was security.
nThe island they were in was somewhat far from everything, but still, if someone went there, the academy had no protective barriers or anything like that.
nArthur wanted to learn how to create magical arrays, but he had no idea where to start.
n“I’ll think about that later. What I need now is to put these students in line.” He scanned all the mansion, seeing if the classrooms were decent. Arthur found no problem with that.
nThere were two dorms, one for the men and one for the women. It was their way of making sure no one would try something funny.
nThe classes would start the next day, but Arthur made sure to walk through the courtyard of the school, and make sure all students saw him.
n“Look, it is the president.” one of the students say.
nArthur wanted to make his presence known. Make all students know he was there, watching all of them, and that they had to work hard and learn properly.
nOdemore had only three teachers, which was incredibly bad. The good part was that it had few students as well, so it was not impossible to teach that batch of students with only three teachers.
nBut Arthur wanted to expand, so he had the idea of looking for promising students, and make them teachers. In the future, obviously.
n“Mr president? Hi!”
nArthur remembered her. It was the girl that made the orb shine four times.
n“Yes? Is something wrong?”
n“I- I don’t know if I should say this, but I thought it was wrong and went looking for you.”
n“Oh? You can share anything with me. Don’t worry, no one will harm you.”
nThe girl seemed to get brave enough, and started talking.
n“It is Theodore. You know, that rude noble guy. He is talking bad things to some other students.”
n“WHERE?”
nArthur was furious.
n
