nGail noticed that Gamin is not holding back anymore and relaxed a bit.

nBut his expression of relief changed to that of anxiety, immediately.

nAvlyn who was just hit by the attack squarely on her chest even with all of the defenses took two tokens out of the storage. She held them with her palm as she made hand signs.

nUpon looking at her, the subordinates acted as if they already knew what to do and with a lot of effort, they made Gamin and Yuvana stand close to each other.

nAs soon as they did that, Avlyn slammed her palms into the ground. Four walls appeared out of the earth and surrounded the couple. The walls are crimson red in color but they are sure made of soil and rock.

nGamin and Yuvana were caught off guard.

nAvlyn's subordinates made a move and stuck their blood tokens on the walls at various spots.

nThe wall became darker and darker in the crimson tone.

nWithin that large space inside the walls, Gamin and Yuvana became cautious as they looked around. Earthen spikes started coming out of the wall with red streaks and they started blocking them with all they got.

nWhile things are like this with them, on the other side where Elite team leader and Saran are fighting with the Grand elders of the Mari clan, the fight became serious. The grand elders are not looking for dragging the fight anymore.

nEven though this helped Saran and the Elite team leader to have a proper battle and land some blows, they are also feeling a bit overwhelmed by the opponents going all out.

nGail and Sam are once again conflicted.

nSam is already thinking of ways to help Gail out of this situation, but all of a sudden this turned way too serious.

nWhile things are like this, something else happened that made Gail curse under his breath.

nA large streak of lightning appeared in the sky as high above one of the Divine league members arrived.

nHe stood in the air as water and lightning elemental energy gathered around him.

nHe held two divine blood tokens in his hands as he raised both of them up in the sky. Dark Crimson clouds gathered as they started rumbling with lightning energy.

nThe sound made Gail cautious.

nHe had a bad feeling about this and he soon realized that his suspicions are right. Because the person who created those clouds started expanding and it expanded all over the battlefield, particularly at the spots where the Gaja clan's soldiers are currently stationed.

nSam who saw all of this felt frustrated.

nHe knew that things are going out of hand.

nThis guy from Divine league is obviously trying to force Gail out. Now he went as far as using all of the Gaja clan's forces as bait to pull him out

nAfter all, if Gail doesn't make a move, the soldiers will die, but if he does make a move, he would be forced into battle.

nAll of the posts on the wall would be emptied leaving it completely unattended.

nThey are just fastening the battle.

nSam didn't even know how to react to this for a second.

"Sam, I need to intervene, otherwise things wouldn't be good.

"

nGail said those words and his arms started glowing. He took a deep breath and leaped into the air as he directly aimed at the person who is about to attack the soldiers.

nSam gritted his teeth and commanded the troops.

"Everyone goes all out. Take this chance and attack every single soldier of the Gaja clan. All bets are off.

nShoot down the bird puppets and let the bullets rain down on the Mari clan's troops.

nAlso, let out the crystal symbiote bullets and shoot them from the rear.

nI want the Mari clan's troops to be annihilated right now.

nThe ordinary soldiers who were still as they watched the battles between the powerhouses suddenly made a move.

nWhile they are making a move, Sam commanded something else.

"Cultivators in late-stage, don't hold back, you can target any opponent. You don't need to follow any rules now.

"I told you not to care. All soldiers move into your formations and defend themselves against the stronger opponents. Use all of the poison vials as you like and kill people weaker than you even if they are of lower cultivation stage.

nMari clan certainly doesn't care about the decorum, so we are not doing that either.

nI will take the responsibility if anything comes.

nAs soon as his words left his mouth, the soldiers hesitated a bit. They don't want to start an indiscriminate killing. It is completely against their principles and they have slight respect for the enemy soldiers.

nOf course, some people don't have any principle or obligation of that sort, so they started destroying the mercenaries first.

nSivan who was still lost in his own thought process was stunned.

nHe doesn't know how to react immediately.

nSince his side of forces started, he really did expect some powerful retaliation. But after he noticed that even Yuvana controlled herself enough to not do anything to the soldiers. For a moment, even though it has passed.

nNow he realized he couldn't have been more wrong.

nHe looked at Sam who is commanding and cursed. He was lost in the whole powerhouse battles and ignored the situation on the ground.

nBut Sam took this chance to make a move.

nThis caused some serious losses within the first ten seconds.

nSam took out his cannon and started aiming at the targets, particularly the elites, and whenever there is a bird puppet that is shooting the bullets that attract the energy beam attacks from the sphere above the Mari clan's troops, he shot them down.

nAlong with that, he threw poison and white crystal fragments as he liked.

nHe started sniping one main target after another.

nMeanwhile, as soon as Gail left the post, the Divine league member made the crimson clouds gather together. Along with a large water current that came out of it that looked like crimson blood a crimson lightning bolt also came at Gail from the sky.

nHe turned in the air and his knuckle duster started glowing with energy formulating into a giant fist.

nIt clashed with lightning and the ripples that appeared because of the clash sent the water away in the form of droplets.

nGail was a bit anxious about this and warned.

"Don't let the water touch you.

"

nHis warning was not useful though, because everyone is in middle of a battle, there is not much they can do about it.

nThey can only suffer.

nAs the crimson water rained down on the soldiers continuously, they felt like their souls are being seared over flames.

nThe water gave this weird burning effect to their blood that they wanted to cut off the portion of their flesh on which the water has landed.

nIt was that painful.

nLooking at Gail's distracted face, the divine league member made his move. Gail reacted at the last moment and defended against it, but still took the brunt of the force and was pushed back.

nHe suddenly felt a sense of crisis coming from his rear. A few divine league members who were hidden started attacking with the crimson spears.

nGail resisted the momentum with all he got and barely managed to dodge them. But the spears went away and lodged themselves into the wall.

nThe wall started cracking as crimson energy started spreading over and over.

"What the ** is happening? Why is everything going sideways?

"

nSam muttered to himself as he looked at the surroundings. All of the Divine league members started coming out and they are moving toward Gail.

nAvlyn looked at this scenario and smirked.

"Kill every one of them. We don't need to spare anyone. All of the Gaja clan's kin should die today.

"

nHer orders reverberated in the ears of every Divine league member and the Mari clan's soldier members. They all started attacking.

nSam sighed and turned around to yell.

"Oii, Cat. It is time for you to make an entrance. Shit is going sideways here.

"

nHis words reverberated throughout the clan.

nA snow-white streak suddenly came from within the clan and it went straight for the divine league member who was about to enter the clan through the broken wall.

nThe streak caught him and both of them crashed into the ground as they wrestled.

nThe Sonic cat disappeared from the spot after the attack letting the man get up again, but before he could do that, the streak came again and he felt a large claw mark on his back. Blood started oozing out.

nLooking at this situation, another divine league member came to help him. But that turned out to be a big mistake.

nGail is not really that cornered with the current situation and now that the pressure reduced, even more, he gained the upper hand.
