Chapter 216 Subduing The Ancient Trolls

nCompared to all the Ancient historical races that once were the overlords of Planet Darvis, the Ancient Trolls were definitely the weakest.
nThey had the largest numbers among all the Ancient races but they were looked down on, with most of their members being turned to slaves and servants of the other races before the humans came.
nUnlike the other races that had complicated economies and a leadership structure, the Trolls were more or less complete monsters.
nThough they had some basic intelligence, it didn’t matter much since they still relied on their basic instincts of savagery and cannibalism to survive.
nThe only reason why they were recognized as one of the Ancient historical races was because of their sheer speed and the overall power that they had.
nThey were more powerful than any other wild beast in Planet Darvis.
nDuring the cataclysm that wiped out almost all lives of the Ancient historical races, perhaps their numbers were too much or the entity who caused the cataclysm didn’t deem them worthy of elimination, but a lot of them survived.
nDespite surviving, they did not have the intelligence to claim hegemony over the planet. They could only watch as the humans rose to power.
nAfter rising to power, the humans slaughtered a lot of them before pushing their remaining survivors to the edge of the Great Sea in the Eastern Continent.
nFor centuries, the leaders of humanity kept tabs on them to prevent them from overpopulating to the extent where they could be a threat to humans.
nMost humans didn’t know of this truth, only those at the top knew.
nIn their quest for chaos though, the Clown Society set their eyes on these survivors of the cataclysm. They may be foolish but they were powerful.
nIf harnessed right, they were the perfect carriers of chaos.
nAt this moment, deep in the East close to the edge of the Great Sea…
nThe sounds of the waves of the Great Sea washing against the shore continually reverberated as a simple-minded species did their thing.
nBehind the artificially-made gigantic rocks were the survivors of the Ancient Troll race. Created by some of the most powerful Elementalists of humanity, the Trolls were unable to cross the rocks to the other side to meet the humans.
nThey were locked here for eternity unless they evolved.
nWell, Trolls were Trolls, even if they evolved, they never seemed to get the necessity to evolve in a direction to improve their intelligence.
nAt this moment, hidden on top the rocks were elite superhumans.
nBy blending into their surroundings, none of the Trolls were able to discover them as these Red Masters continually watched the Trolls and sent the results of their observations to the Black Masters back in the Hellfire Mountains.
nTheir leader was a muscular female warrior on all black. “The Almighty Clown is coming today, we need to make sure that they stay together”.
n“Don’t let any Troll stray too far away from here”.
nBy using their special abilities which was why they were all deployed here, these bunch of Red Masters were able to keep all the Trolls in place.
nAbout 2 hours later, the real fighting force finally arrived.
n“Sage Elementalist Ability: Distorted Reality!”
nAs soon as Clown arrived with his entourage, he slightly waved his Elementalist staff as by combining his 2 Elemental affinities of fire and wind, he was able to distort the airspace to create a distorted reality.
nDespite floating in the air above the Trolls, none of them was able to see him.
nClown’s entourage for this incredibly important mission were only 20 psychopaths. Adding that to the 8 Red Masters that were previously here, this was a force that was nowhere enough to force the numerous Trolls into submission.
nThe Trolls were more than a thousand.
nDespite the lack of psychopaths that came with him, what the 20 psychopaths instead dragged here were gigantic cages that housed some of Clown’s prime experimental success products.
nThe Trolls may not seem like much but they were renowned as one of the Ancient races because of a reason. Their green skin may not be as tough as that of the Frost Giants, but it was still reasonably resilient and strong.
nThey had a fair amount of strength but their greatest traits were their speed and aggressiveness, they attacked like a pack of rabid Hounds.
nWith their incredibly long nails that were sharper than sabers, they could effortlessly cut humans apart like they were slicing through mere bread.
nDespite being a Grade C Elementalist and an extremely powerful one at that, Clown was not arrogant enough to go against all these Trolls alone. Not when he already knew that there was a hidden threat not even known to the royal family.
nAfter centuries of growth hidden behind the rocks, the Trolls already birthed another Grade C powerhouse who was intelligent enough to hide from the humans.
nIt was after detecting this Troll that Clown’s interest on them rose.
nTo him, they were the perfect carriers of chaos to fulfill his dream.
nHe did not come to fight them with his psychopaths though, he came to fight them and subdue them with his new creations. After integrating the Giant runes on his skin, he did not stop, he continued his crazy experiments for months.
nA lot of them were successful, he already created more mechanical monsters like the ones that he made for the 6 Ninja Assassins.
nClown grinned. “Come out my children, subdue the Trolls”.
nAs soon as he said this, the 20 psychopaths that followed him here rushed to work as they released the powerful restraints that kept the cages locked.
n“Roar!”
n“Roar…!”
n“Roar…!!!”
nThe roars of beasts soon filled the air as they broke free from their cages.
nFrom the cages came out deformed monsters. Beasts with some parts of their bodies still intact and organic, while the rest parts of their bodies were mechanical having been modified by Clown already.
nOf these successful experiments, 2 of them had Grade C aura.
nOne was a gigantic bird of prey, a Bald Eagle with an extremely menacing aura, while the other was an equally gigantic Frost Wolf.
nIf Legolas and Christensen were here, they would have recognized this Frost Wolf. This was the Frost Wolf that almost destroyed Palm Island before Clown personally came to subdue and take it away.
nThis beast already became one of Clown’s experimental success stories.
nAs soon as the special beasts came out, their auras swept through the Trolls as their attention were finally drawn. These monsters growled loudly.
nClown grinned. “Hahaha…!”
n“Hehehe…!”
n“Hohoho…!”
nHe cared not about how he looked as he laughed, this was his masterpiece.
n“My children, attack!”
nThe chip that was on their brain registered their creator’s command.
nAll the beasts looked at the Trolls.𝒩𝓞𝓥𝐋xt.𝕔𝑶𝑀

nA war began.
