n“Necromancy Ability: Soul Realm!”

n“Necromancy Ability: Soul Eyes!”

nDespite being incredibly angry at Einstein and Din for their betrayal, Daemon was smart, he was old and experienced, he knew that anger could solve nothing.

nDeciding to fight against Einstein and the others would lead to suicide, he recognized this and was why Daemon decided to take another path.

nUnlike Jon Stones, Daemon did not give a damn how many civilians and Superhumans died today, all that he cared for was his old friend.𝒐𝗏𝓁xt.𝓒𝒪𝗆

nRemembering the good old days when he first met Norman, how this genius helped him to exceed his limits on numerous occasions, the memories, the emotions, remembering everything left Daemon desperate to save him.

nThis was why Daemon ignored everything and tried to save him.

nInstantly after activating this ability, Daemon’s Lich body became slightly ethereal as a part of him was pulled into the soul realm.

nIn the soul realm and with his Soul Eyes, he was able to see more clearly.

nIn the soul realm, his vision and the surrounding were mostly dark green and the floating souls were yellow. The Soul Realm was the same thing as the Spirit Plane, just different areas of the same reality.

nLooking ahead into the distance, Daemon was able to pinpoint Norman’s soul due to their connection.

nAt this moment, Norman’s soul seemed to be trapped.

nA powerful grey influence tainted the soul of his old friend. The grey influence already took up 95% of the soul space, compressing Norman’s soul to only 5% of his total soul space, thereby taking control of his body.

nSeeing this, Daemon’s eyes gleamed. “That’s the one!”

n“Necromancy King Authority: Wraith Lord!”

nScreech!

nThe shrieks of countless Wraiths in this soul world reverberated as they listened to the summons of the Necromancy King.

nAs soon as they arrived, Daemon gave his orders.

n“That is your target”.

n“Attack and tear that grey influence apart!”

nSCREECH!!!

nThe Wraiths shrieked loudly and rushed to attack.

nThey barely started attacking when the intelligent A.I detected the threat. It didn’t even last a few seconds after it detected the threat, Daemon groaned in pain as from reality, his body suffered a crippling blow.

nThe attack from the Draconic Praying Mantis was deadly.

n“Garggh…!” His flaming skull made weird sounds.

nInstantly, the damage yanked Daemon’s influence from the Soul Realm. Despite leaving there already though, his authority remained, the Wraiths would not stop until they had fulfilled their orders and destroyed the grey influence.

n“Hehe…” Daemon grinned but he soon regretted it.

nThe intelligent A.I understood the threat that he posed.

nOne of the Bio-Mechanic Monstrosities was dispatched to annihilate him.

nSeeing the gigantic Undying Cockroach stomp towards him, this Necromancer was petrified as he tried to escape only to be caught in the gravity ability of the gigantic cockroach that pulled him towards it.

nDaemon was not going down without a fight.

n“For Norman!”

nDaemon yelled as he opened the teleportation portals to his undead kingdom, instantly, hundreds of thousands of Skeletons started charging through.

nIn no time, he was on top his Bone Dragon.

nHe glared at the Undying Cockroach.

n“You’re fighting against a King”.

n“You don’t get to him without finishing his subjects first”.

nThe Undying Cockroach only saw the skeletons as an annoying pestilence though, they could not stop it, it stomped its way through them effortlessly.

nBoom! Boom! Boom!

nDaemon fought for his life.

nEven as the battle continued raging and as Alexander came increasingly closer to ending Jon Stones life, at another part of the battlefield, Predator and Akela maintained their shield as Legolas keenly observed.

n“Master, let me out there!”

n“I need to help; Jon Stones can’t win alone!”

n“I can’t let him die!”

nLegolas conveniently ignored his student’s plea.

nSince the start of this crazy battle where one trump card after the other was revealed by both sides, including secrets, Legolas was as quiet as a mouse as he quietly digested all these information like a supercomputer.

nDespite being a Grade C Summoner already, without completely digesting his powers yet, Legolas knew that this was a war that was still above him.

nNot even Blade had the capital to safely engage this battle, they were all just small players in a battle of this magnitude.

nThe number of dead Grade C Superhumans already proved this.

nHe turned to look at Blade. “I know you Pugilists like to follow your instincts, but today, if we don’t use our brain, we will all die”.

nFeeling the gravitas as his master said this, Blade calmed down.

n“So what is your plan? Do you really have a plan?”

nLegolas looked at his student without replying, his mind went to the virtual interface notification again as it instantly appeared before him again.

n—–

nYou have triggered Grade B Mission: Battle against the Bio-Mechanic Monster- Giant Norman!

nMission Details: You have encountered the ultimate form of Alexander’s Bio-Mechanic Test Subject. Help in the battle to defeat Giant Norman.

nMission Requirement: Deal attacks that wipes away at least 30% Health Points of the Bio-Mechanic Giant!

nMission Rewards: 10,000,000 Experience Points, Increased Renown, and 2 Giant Norman Character Summon Cards!

n—-

nLegolas’s eyes flickered, really, he had no concrete plan yet.

nHe was about to reply his student when he paused, one of his tattoos that was on his wrist just pulsed.

nBefore he could look down at it, Aaron’s voice floated to his ears the next moment. ‘Altan just communicated to you again through prayer, this time, you need to hear it, it’s important’.

n‘Project it’. Legolas was decisive.

nOne of the advantages of his breakthrough was that his control over the grey world was now better than ever before. Even without going to the grey world, his will alone could influence the grey world.

nHis will was able to encompass the pulsing ball that represented Altan in the grey world, instantly Legolas heard the familiar voice ringing in his ears.

n‘Your Excellency, please answer me this time!’ The voice sounded agitated.

n‘I’m in danger but I’ve found a way!’

n‘I was able to bypass all the Titans and infiltrate deep into the Ancient Titan Kingdom to where the alien machine is kept’.

n‘After days of cozying up with his surviving consciousness, I was able to communicate with the Emperor of the Titans’.

n‘He agreed to help me free his race’.

n‘He told me the only weakness in the alien energy machine’.

n‘Your Excellency, I’m in danger, please send help!’

n‘I won’t last long without your help’.

n‘I need the help of a Grade C Superhuman to break the cycle’.

nLegolas’s eyes gleamed sharply, Altan’s agitated words seemed to have set off a storm in his head as a lot of realizations came to his mind.

nAt this moment, without a drastic change, Alexander already won.

nThere was really no use to stopping the process of Alexander channeling the power of the planet core anymore since they already created the monstrosities, but stopping the cycle of the Titans meant more than that.

nLegolas’s eyes shone. ‘The Grade C Mission!’

n‘That is it!’

n‘That is probably our best chance at stopping this Alexander’.

nBlade grabbed him on the shoulder and shook him, disrupting him from his train of thought as he glared at him. “Do you have a plan?”

nLegolas looked at his student. “Yes, I have a plan”.

n“We need to go to the South”.

n“…”

nLegolas understood the confusion and explained with as few words as he could without exposing his secrets. “Trust me, that’s our best chance”.

n“I’m at your service”. Christensen was quick to voice his support.

nAs for Blade, not so much, this Pugilist looked at his master and shook his head. “No…,” He looked down. “I’m not running again”.

n“I promised myself that I won’t run from any battle again”.

n“I regretted not intervening when Jon Stones was ganged up on”.

n“I won’t run”.

n“It is now part of my super way”.

n“If I run now, I’m sure that I’ll forever remain stagnated where I currently am”.

n“Besides, I don’t want to let Jon Stones die alone”.

n“I already let him die once, not again”.

n“If we’re dying today, I want to die alongside my idol!” Blade’s eyes glowed with determination.

nLegolas keenly looked at his student, seeing the look in his eyes, he could already tell that it was futile trying to convince Blade any further.

n“Ok”. He nodded.

n“But to do this without you, I need help”. He looked ahead; his eyes gleamed. “Powerful help”.
