nA few hours ago, in the beast plane…

nAfter being sent to the beast plane for the first time by their master to explore alone, Predator was having the time of his life for the past few hours while Akela got to enjoy the sensation of returning back to his world.

nExcited and fascinated by this new world that was filled with beasts for it to hunt, Predator did not listen to reason as he ignored Akela and went hunting.

nUnable to persuade the Nightmare Beast, Akela gave up and instead gave attention to Lucky. He carried Lucky to a safe cave to hide her.

nAfter hiding her, Akela finally returned back to the surface. One thing that surprised this veteran Wind Wolf was the fact that despite becoming a contracted beast, its connection to its wolf pack was not severed yet.

nWithout hesitation, Akela returned to his previous wolf pack where he got to meet a vigilant group of wolves who were hostile on seeing him return.

nThe alpha Wraith Wolf moved forward and stood before Akela intimidatingly as he observed him. Having seen this subordinate of his get dragged away, the Wraith Wolf thought that it was dead already.

nThe alpha Wraith Wolf soon started howling. Understanding what it was saying, Akela howled back as he formulated an excuse on the spot for his survival.

nIn the end, despite the many loopholes, he was accepted back into the pack.

nThroughout the rest of that day, Akela hunted with the pack. It was when mid-night came that he got the chance to sneak back to the cave where he hid Lucky and he got there at the early hours of the morning.

nOn getting there though, Akela was shocked, the Fox already woke up.

nWhile still in the process of trying to communicate with the Fox, the familiar rainbow bridge appeared and it dragged 2 of them away.

nInstantly after Legolas activated his Beast Plane Summoning active ability, he received a virtual interface notification. On seeing that Lucky’s long evolution finally succeeded, he was relieved but he did not have the luxury to be excited.

nAt this moment, he was still embroiled in a battle with the psychopaths.

nHe no longer had to fight alone though as the next moment, the rainbow bridge appeared, opening the platform for his 3 beasts to appear.

nOnce the rainbow bridge appeared, the psychopaths were surprised since they did not expect the intruder to be a summoner. Legolas literally handicapped himself and still survived their assault for the past few minutes.

nBefore the psychopaths could react, the cry of a wolf reverberated in the hall as the massive Wind Wolf, a Nightmare Beast, and a Yellow Fox appeared.

nThe 3 beasts were summoned impromptu without any explanations, but from the energy fluctuations, they already understood that a battle was going on.

nLike usual, the hot-blooded Predator was the one who dived in first.

nAs soon as he arrived, Predator moved his massive body, activating both his Lethal Bite and Claw Barrage skills. The first skill enabled him to pounce on the closest Pugilist, overpowering the superhuman and biting his head off.

nOnce he killed the first Grade E psychopath, Predator pounced on the other nearest. This Pugilist tried to defend but it could not against Predator’s claws.

nPredator smacked the powerful Pugilist who was previously giving Legolas problems to death, it was just too easy for the Nightmare Beast.

nThe first 2 easy deaths were flukes though as the psychopaths finally recognized the danger and reorganized themselves for a proper battle.

nNo matter how strong Predator was, at this moment, he was up against 16 bonafide Grade E superhumans even after killing 2 already.

nEven as Predator was the main attacking threat, Akela and Lucky were not idle either as Akela activated its Nature Call ability that caused a hurricane to erupt in the hall, giving Legolas a moment to finally catch his breath.

nThis time, Legolas noticed another thing that put a smile to his face. Lucky finally seemed to have grown some grit as she also joined this battle.

nShe may not have Predator’s explosive strength nor Akela’s battle experience, but with her luck, Lucky was a lethal threat.

nAs soon as he got to catch his breath, Legolas observed the battlefield. Even with his 2 contracted beasts and his pet, fighting against so many enemies would have been impossible if not for the players.

nAt this moment, attracted by the experience points that were up for grabs, the players threw their lives away just to annoy the psychopaths.

nLooking at players again after so long, Legolas felt a weird feeling. He instinctively tried to look for himself and like expected, he didn’t see another him.

nLegolas did not focus on this long as he returned his focus to the battle. His main priority for coming all this way was still to kill the assassin.

nAfter fighting against the psychopaths for minutes, he already identified the assassin. With Predator killing 2 other Pugilists, only one Pugilist was left and he was the only psychopath here who had more assassin-like abilities.

nLegolas already recognized long ago that this was his target.

n“Go after him!”

nOnce he gave his orders, with Akela paving the way open with her wind skills and her dazzling speed, Predator rushed in with all the momentum that he could as the Pugilist instantly knew that he was the target.

nOnce Akela activated her Speed Demon ability, she closed the distance rapidly, keeping the Pugilist busy till the explosive Predator finally arrived.

nWith Lucky keeping the psychopath Pugilist’s luck down and with Legolas assisting with his pair of automatic pistols, Predator got all he needed to make short work of this warrior.

nHe isolated him with his veil of darkness special ability, then with his dark arrow, his claws, and his dangerous teeth, Predator tore the Pugilist apart.

nInstantly after Predator tore the Pugilist apart, Akela retrieved the antidote which was Legolas’s priority and without hesitation, alongside his beasts, Legolas started his quest of escaping this hideout.

nThe frenzied psychopaths tried to stop him but they could not. With his powerful beasts, and the suicide loving players, Legolas could not be stopped.

nIn just a few minutes, Legolas succeeded in escaping the hideout.

nAlmost at the same time, the game interface notification appeared to all the dozens of players who took on the same mission.
