nThe beast plane was like the alternate world for Summoners, most of them spend lots of time here but the beast plane was a huge world.

nA lot of beasts have not encountered humans yet, but the Wraith Wolf was among the few who have encountered this terrible race.

nThough none of the other wolves had encountered humans before now, they reacted instinctively as they were stimulated by their alpha’s hate towards them.

nAwoo! Awoo!

nThe Wraith Wolf led the charge and the other wolves followed while howling as they aimed to clash with and destroy these creatures that were before them.

nHaving used the rent time for the weapons that they took from him, Legolas already took his weapons back from the 2 players, including the G-96 automatic pistols which he used to debut in this battle.

nAs Predator charged towards the wolves with Legolas riding on top it, Legolas equipped the automatic pistols as he changed the clip.

nAs soon as he changed the clip to the last of his chaotic mana bullets, his marksman passive ability triggered and he instantly entered an inspired state.

nAll of a sudden, Legolas felt like James Bond as he aimed with the pistols.

nBam! Bam! Bam!

nThe bullets came flowing out with such precision and rhythm like the expert handling of a drummer rotating through his drum kit.

nThe Wraith Wolf’s momentum was stopped as the bullets sprayed all over his face as blood blossomed, they tore his thick hide open.

nThe Wraith Wolf retreated to the side to dodge the barrage of bullets as he tried to activate its undead affinity to unleash a long-ranged undead energy attack.

nIn the process though, its control over its energy failed it for the first time in a long time since it became a veteran hunter.

nOne main use of chaotic mana bullets against opponents was their incredible ability to mess with the control of any type of energy or mana.

nWith its undead energy unstable, the Wraith Wolf became vulnerable.

nPredator was as ruthless as usual. Once he closed the distance, without hesitation, he activated his claw barrage skill before pouncing on the wolf.

nThe Wraith Wolf tried to resist but paired with his dark energy powers, it stood no chance as Predator hammered it with his claws, inflicting more injuries all over its body and soon leaving its body like a sieve.

nLegolas jumped down from Predator’s back and rolled a few meters to the side before aiming again as he continued shooting with the pistols from the flanks.

nHe could only do this for a few seconds though before he was stopped.

nAwoo!

nThe Dark Wolf roared angrily as it joined the battle.

nUntil the Wraith Wolf submitted and Akela became the new alpha, the Wraith Wolf was still their alpha and they were obligated to defend it.

nNot just the Dark Wolf, the other wolves came as they clashed with the humans. Ghost Sentry and Blue River were occupied in no time.

n“Leave the other wolves alive, aim only for the Wraith Wolf!” Amid the commotion, Legolas still found time to give orders to his 2 faction members.

nThough they were both weak Grade F superhumans, he brought them to this battle for a reason. Against the Wraith Wolf, Predator was a beast since his dark affinity gave him immunity against the wolf’s undead powers.

nFor Legolas, Lucky, and Akela though, they were not immune to the intimidating undead powers. The 2 players were not immune either but they had one important advantage, they were undead themselves.

n“Attack the Wraith Wolf!”

nLegolas despite his injuries stood his ground and fought the Dark Wolf.

nHe took this risk to give Lucky a free role. The intelligent Moon Fox did not fail his expectations, Lucky being the only free one took advantage of the battlefield as she controlled everything through her incredible powers.

nThrough her moon, luck, and wind powers, she assisted both players.

nAs soon as they saw this notification, Blue River and Ghost Sentry entered the most incredibly inspired state that they ever had the opportunity to enjoy.

nThe goddess of luck literally seemed to embrace them in her ample bosom.

nEverything started working for them, they fought their way to the main battlefield in no time and without hesitation, they clashed with the Wraith Wolf.

nThe Wraith Wolf and Predator were embroiled in a fierce battle where Predator was winning and with the 2 player’s arrival, the scales tipped even more.

nBoth players were not afraid of death, they fought frenziedly.

nTwice, they both dissipated into light particles after being killed but like the terrifying corona virus and its variants, they simply reappeared and remained a thorn at the Wraith Wolf’s side.

nAfter 10 incredible minutes of battle, the Wraith Wolf suffered a deep injury from Predator’s ruthless bite.

n“This is the chance!” Legolas spotted it.

nLegolas dodged the Dark Wolf’s attack and jumped in the air before aiming, then he unleashed all the remaining chaotic mana bullets.

nThis disrupted the Wraith Wolf’s mana flow even more, and a battle-frenzied Predator took advantage of it, ripping its head from its body savagely.

n“Roar!” Predator roared victoriously.

nAll the wolves paused in shock as soon as their alpha died, it was like a bond that previously tied them suddenly was cut and it took them time to react.

nThis was all the time that Legolas needed as he evaded the Dark Wolf and rolled thrice on the ground till he appeared directly beside the dead Wraith Wolf.

nLegolas felt that it was a pity. Having a Wraith Wolf would have been an incredible addition to his herd, but things were fated not to be so, the Wraith Wolf had no choice but to die as soon as it injured Akela.

nLegolas kept his pistols before bringing a dagger as he dug it into the Wraith Wolf’s chest, cutting it open before harvesting its heart.

nHe ignored the wolves who were slowly returning to their senses as he smashed the heart against the rock. He gathered the bloody juice that formed as he rushed towards where Akela was.

nOn getting there, the Wind Wolf was already turning pale and shriveled, undead energy was truly a terrifyingly potent energy.

nWithout hesitation, he opened Akela’s mouth and fed it the bloody juice.

nThe effects were instant as all the injuries started disappearing. The number 1 effective way to purge undead energy was through the beast’s heart.

nAbout a minute later, Akela was back on his feet.

nThe remaining wolves already surrounded them, but now, Akela was on his feet as he stood before them.

nAkela raised his head proudly and howled. “Awoo!”

nThe Dark Wolf looked down at the Wraith Wolf who already lost his head and heart, then back at the Wind Wolf, then it bowed its head.

nOnce it did, all the other wolves bowed as they acknowledged their new alpha. Akela was now the new alpha of this wolf pack.

nOnce his virtual interface status confirmed it, Legolas heaved a sigh of relief as he finally gave in to his terrible injuries and collapsed.
