nOn looking at the new stats of the 2 beasts as designated by his virtual interface status, a bright smile of a happy man lit up Rex’s face.

nBy becoming Grade D beasts, Akela and Predator became the 2 most lethal weapons in his arsenal. Predator was definitely the main protagonist of the show though since he was responsible for all this.

nOf course, Akela got far stronger than before but Predator’s growth surprised Legolas the most. The interface was right, Predator was living up to the hype.

nA newly upgraded Grade D beast having strength that was over a thousand was pretty ridiculous, Predator was indeed the real package.

nThough he wanted nothing more than to sit down and just admire the new stats of his 2 beasts, Legolas had priorities. He was still not healed, he needed to move fast and save himself first.

nBefore any other thing, Legolas turned to face the wolf pack. As soon as he looked at them, like he expected, his system lit up a notification.

nLegolas’s smile grew wider as he saw this. He looked at all 13 new wolves again, admiring their fine but tough fur as he gave Akela a thump up.

nThen he turned to face Akela. “I want to give the dark wolf a name, can I?”

nAkela nodded softly which was his sign of approval.

nLegolas turned to face the Dark Wolf who was the darkest and meanest of all the wolves. “Since you look so mean and evil, I will call you Warg”.

nAs for the other wolves, they needed to prove themselves before they could get the privilege to be named by him.

nAfter giving Warg its name, this was when Legolas finally left the ectasy of the moment due to his beast’s evolution. And once he left it, this was when he discovered the awkward atmosphere that was in the air.

nLucky was silent at one side. But the Fox was not his worry, it was the 2 players and prince Christensen who were silently looking at him since.

nLegolas’s brain worked fast and he instantly knew the reason. “My size”.

nWith the Ultimate Man Potion wearing off, he returned to his 15-year-old self. He felt like chuckling on imagining the prince’s reaction when he just saw it.

nHe turned and spoke before the prince could. “I can explain”.

nLegolas no longer lied, he told the truth. If Prince Christensen was going to be his long-term partner in the future, they needed to be plain towards each other.

nOf course, he omitted all the parts about his scheme with Leo.

nBlue River and Ghost Sentry were shocked. “What a special NPC!”

nAs for Prince Christensen, he was touched by Legolas’s sincerity. The next moment, the prince kneeled down. “I will never forget this favor for life”.

nPrince Christensen actually started crying. “Legolas, seeing how strong and knowledgeable you are at the age of 15, I am now ashamed of myself”.

nWell, this came out of the blue but this was what Legolas had been working towards all the while. He replied with a serious expression on his face. “I accept”.

nOnly that reply was enough, Legolas judged that any more words would make the atmosphere cringe. Besides, sometimes, silence spoke louder than words, like in this case. Christensen became super grateful for his benevolence.

nLegolas rubbed his butt in annoyance. “And why would I do that? Stop being useless and stay quiet since that is the best way you can help me at the planning”.

nLucky’s cute foxy face twisted in displeasure. “It’s because Predator and Akela became Grade D beasts, right? Now you think I’m not so important anymore”.

nLegolas paused at that, then he turned to face Lucky with an interesting smile on his face. “Don’t tell me…, haha, you’re jealous”.

nLucky had to take deep breaths to calm her grievances. “Don’t worry, I’ll prove to you that I am the more talented one than Predator”.
