nThe Palm Royal Palace was built in the shape of a dome.

nPrince Christensen explained as he stared at this huge palace that was once his home. “The Palm Royal family has a deep heritage”.

n“According to my father, our reign over the Palm Island started from the very beginning when our planet became exposed to the wonders of super energy”.

n“Our Ancestors were among the very first superhumans”.

n“Before they gave authority over the island to their descendants, our ancestors created an insider organization to balance the power and authority that would be in the hands of the next upcoming King or Queen”.

n“The King only has 40% of the powers of the island, the remaining 60% power belongs to the Council of the Elders”.

n“I’ve never met them but my father told me a lot about them. There are 6 main elders, and according to my father, they are all Grade D Superhumans”.

n“They are the reason why the Palm Royal family maintained its rule and sovereignty over the island for so long”.

nLegolas turned to look at Christensen. “So, why didn’t they stop the Clown Society from running amok in the island?”

n“That’s the problem, they never get involved in mundane affairs”.

nChristensen sighed. “According to the rules that were created and enforced by the first Ancestors, they only intervene in the affairs of the island when the safety of the island is at stake”.

n“After my parent’s deaths, my 2 sisters took over, becoming the new Queens of the island and thereby continuing the legacy of the Palm Royal bloodline”.

n“The elders are rigid, so long as the throne is not empty, they will not intervene. They believe in the myth of letting fate take its course”.𝒐𝚟𝐞𝓵xt.𝑐𝑶𝚖

nPrince Christensen took his time to explain much about the palace to Legolas as they used the same time to continue their preparations.

n“How much longer till they come?” Legolas asked.

n“2 to 5 minutes at most now”

nSneaking into the palace with their own abilities was too risky, they were not Elementalists or Pugilists who had a lot of personal battle skills.

nAs Summoners, they mostly relied on their contracted beasts to do most things and both of them did not have a beast that was proficient in stealth and infiltration abilities, they had to formulate another plan.

nAfter quizzing Christensen enough, Legolas discovered that the royal Summoner school receive supplies every week and today was the day.

nLegolas easily decided for them to blend among the suppliers.

nAs they spoke, the sounds of hooves hitting the ground soon reverberated. Christensen and Legolas remained still in their hiding as they looked ahead only to see dozens of Earth Horses turning the bend and heading towards the palace.

nEarth Horse was a variant of horses that had higher durability, defense, and stability. They were used by the suppliers mostly because of their stability.

nAfter all the horses crossed, as the last Earth Horse also turned the bend that led to the royal palace, Christensen and Legolas finally struck.

nThe coachman was surprised by the sudden sound as he turned back to look at the carriage. “Masters, are you alright”.

n“…” It took some time which was strange but the reply soon came in a weird way that left the coachman red-faced.

n“Haa…, haa…”

n“Slower please…, don’t disturb the coachman…, haa…”

n“…” The innocent coachman was left regretting his show of concern as he turned back with a red-face and inwardly swore not to care anymore.

nWith that, the infiltration was successful. Prince Christensen and Legolas rode the momentum of the suppliers and easily made their way into the palace.

nThe part that followed after this was harder.

nAs soon as all the carriages stopped, Prince Christensen and Legolas in their new disguise also came down as they watched the masters of the Royal Summoner school inspecting the new batch of supplies.

nWhen one of the masters came close enough to inspect the new goods, Christensen held him on the hand. “Master Dan, it’s me, Christensen”. He whispered to the shock of this scholar.

n“Ahem…” The middle-aged man coughed. “There’s a problem with this carriage supply, these 2 suppliers will follow me in to rectify the problem”.

n“But we inspected them…”

n“Humph! You dare call me a liar?”

n“No sir…”

n“Then keep quiet and let me verify things with them”.

nWithout giving the others a reasonable explanation, Master Dan grabbed Christensen and Legolas as he led the 2 of them inside the Summoner school.

nOnce they were out of the public eye, this master turned to face the 2 of them, shocked. “Little Christensen, is that really you?”

n“Yes, its me, Master Dan, I changed my appearance with a potion”.

nThe middle-aged man didn’t care, he grabbed Christensen in an emotional embrace before he started lecturing him. “Why are you here? Why did you come back? If your sisters know, you’ll be dead”.

n“I need your help Master Dan”. Christensen looked him in the eye. “I need all the Basic Summoner knowledge and the 2 Intermediate Summoner knowledge”.

n“If I am to survive alone outside, I need them”.

nMaster Dan gritted his teeth. “I would love to help you but after the upheaval, your sisters came and took one of the Intermediate Summoner knowledge and gave it to those psychopaths”.

n“It’s now kept in their exclusive library in the school”.

n“This also includes most of the basic summoner knowledges, they basically run the school now, we obey their every whim”.

n“What are the 2 Summoner knowledge? Legolas finally spoke since coming.

n“He is?” Master Dan turned to face Christensen who answered fast.

n“This is Master Legolas, he saved me and is now my master, he is a Grade D Summoner”. Christensen left nothing untouched in the introduction.

nOnce he heard that Legolas was a Grade D Summoner, Master Dan’s attitude underwent a great U-turn as his respect for Legolas flew through the roof.

n“Great master, the 2 Intermediate Summoner knowledge are the Beast Integration and Enhanced Leadership knowledge”.

n“They took the more important Beast Integration knowledge”.

n“Beast Integration…?” Legolas’s eyes widened in shock.

n‘I never expected to see this knowledge here’. Legolas was surprised as he thought about how the goddess of luck seemed to smile at him again.

nThe same way that the Beast Plane Metaphysics was the most important Basic Summoner knowledge, so also was Beast Integration the most important Intermediate Summoner knowledge, he was determined to get it.

nThough he wanted to know a lot more right now, he could not afford it, they were now deep in enemy territory and Master Dan could not keep this façade for long.

n“Bring the available Enhanced Leadership”.

n“Yes, great master”.

nA few minutes later, Master Dan returned with a huge tome. As soon as Legolas placed his hands on it, his virtual interface lit up.
