n“Ahhh!” Christensen charged towards his sister.

nBianca was briefly caught off-guard by her brother’s bizarre actions, the Christensen that she knew would never have the guts to charge at her.

n“Damn, my baby boy developed some guts in slavery, nice”. Bianca gave a thumb up as she finally roused her ice Elementalist powers.

nShe gently tapped her feet on the floor, using the momentum of force to rise high into the air as cold mist was released from her blue gown, elevating herself above Christensen’s reach in the process.

n“Wow, you almost caught me”. She clapped.

n“Keep trying, I want to see your limits today”.

n“I won’t be your toy today!” Christensen gritted his teeth as he glared around the room, looking for an elevated platform to launch himself.

nAs soon as his eyes locked with the nearby sofa, Christensen did not hesitate as he charged with all his might at it before launching himself into the air straight at his sister who was once again surprised at his determination.

nLike expected, Bianca easily dodged his lunge.

nChristensen did not give up as he simply went at it again, using the sofa as a platform to elevate himself higher. Multiple times, he came close to grabbing her but Bianca simply floated in the sky in her cool mist, toying with him.

nFor minutes, he gritted his teeth and gave his best to retrieve the necklace only to end up fooling himself more and more before his sister.

n“I won’t back down this time!” Christensen yelled and went at it again.

nThis time, his eyes flickered with an ominous light.

nThis time, Christensen did not just aim for the necklace again. Fed up at being mocked already, he clenched his fist and punched with all his might.

nBoom!

nBianca felt cold sweat evaporate from her face as she barely dodged the punch that seemed to come from a prime Pugilist.

nShe stared at Christensen in shock after descending due to the punch.

nChristensen fell down awkwardly after exerting himself through the punch as he bruised his knees, he stood up staggering.

nChristensen swallowed the pain and glared at Bianca. “I won’t be mocked by you again!”

n“I won’t lose to you again!”

n“This, I promise!”

nAs he said these words through gritted teeth, something seemed to click in him as Christensen finally got a concrete reason to become stronger.

nIn the world of supers, without a concrete reason, it was hard to find the motivation to get stronger. Previously, he thought he would strive to get stronger to get revenge for his parents but innately, he was not the revenge type.

nChristensen finally found his super way. “I will keep on getting stronger until I overtake you and Hestia, that is my motivation!”

nAs he spoke, Christensen finally started remembering the words in the agent subclass scroll like he was in an inspired state. “Find your purpose, envision it, let go of your earthly tethers, empty and soar”.

n“Soar…, that’s it!”

nChristensen charged again, this time as a different warrior. Once he discovered his motivation, he found the catalyst to learn the agent subclass.

nSummoners and Elementalists were both paper classes who didn’t focus much on physical enhancement. By learning the agent subclass now, Christensen got the physical edge over his sister.

nBam!

nShe was unable to dodge as the punch came straight to her nose, Bianca broke her nose and bled, Bianca was shocked.

n“Take that b*tch!” Christensen yelled.

nLegolas’s decision to leave Christensen with his sister was made on a whim.

nOn their first interaction as siblings in his presence, he was able to get a glimpse about Bianca’s personality. He instantly made a bold guess that Bianca would not end his brother’s life now which was why he left.

nOn one hand, he gave Christensen a chance to prove that he was not a good for nothing. On the other hand, he was about to get his goal.

nLegolas rapidly sprinted through the main corridor, attracting the attention of over a dozen guards as the alarm to indicate an intruder finally rang.

nWom! Wom! Wom!

nLegolas ignored it all as he charged towards the central pool that was in the middle of the palace. Once he got there, he dived in.

nAs soon as he dived into the pool, Legolas felt the familiar feeling of an energy check sweeping through him, he went alert immediately as all the knowledges of a Chefron started flooding back into his mind.

nBeing one of the producers to coin out the idea to create the special beast, Chefron, Legolas knew a lot about it. “They’re unorthodox beasts”.

n“They have immense control over their mana so much that even without developing up to the Grade C realm, they can use an energy check”.

n“They are powerless, but are renowned speed demons!”

n“They can kill with their speed alone”.

n“Their weakness is well…, chocolate made into a lollipop shape”.𝒐𝚟𝐞𝓵xt.𝑐𝑶𝚖

n“Roar!!!”

nAt the bottom of the deep central pool lay the Chefron. Once it felt the intruder in the pool, it casually checked it out with its energy check.

nOn discovering a human and with no food attached to this human, it exploded in a fit of rage as it exploded with unrealistic speed to finish him off.

nWhoosh!

nAs soon as Legolas heard the sound, he dared not try to see who was faster between him defending himself and the Chefron finishing him off.

nIn the most awkward of poses, Legolas fished out the chocolate that he already prepared ahead of time for this situation as he felt the wind blowing across his face the next moment.

nThe Chefron’s teeth stopped directly before the chocolate, a fraction of a second later and Legolas would have lost his head.

nLegolas counted to 3 in his mind before opening his eyes. He opened his eyes to see the large eyes of the Chefron staring at the chocolate attentively.

nThe Chefron was a massive one. Surprisingly, it was a Grade D beast already. Legolas sweat bullets thinking of the repercussions if he was just a few milliseconds late, he wiped off his imaginary sweat and carefully examined it.

nIt was just like the beast that he created.

nThe Chefron had the body of a Chinese dragon, a round head, and mane covering it like a male Lion’s. It had 4 legs with claws and paired with its powerful tail, they were its properties for its renown as a speed demon.

nLegolas heaved a sigh of relief. “I added chocolate as its favorite just on a whim back then…, phew, who thought it would be my saving grace now?”

nWith the attention of the Chefron captured, Legolas became confident.

nHe held his breath in the water and waved the lollipop chocolate to one side, the Chefron followed with its head. He waved it to another side and the Chefron followed, then he finally threw it in the water.

nThe Chefron revealed its menacing teeth in a wide smile as it rushed at the lollipop chocolate, inducing a mini sonic boom in the process.

nBoom!

nThe guards rushed to the central pool only to hear the boom sound.

n“What happened?”

n“What is his motive? Do you think he’s dead?”

nTheir answer came in the most direct manner possible, the Chefron charged out of the central pool with a human riding its back.

n“Roar!!!”

n“Surprise mother*ckers!”
