Chapter 1510: A Single Child

nNing arrived at Damian’s palace. It was a massive fortress, larger than most villages. It included many rooms, each dedicated to something specific.

nOne side of the palace was for blacksmithing, while another one was for training swords. One gigantic library was for a scholar, while another one will flasks and vials was for a healer.

nEach one of Damian’s wives seemed to have made one part of the house completely there where they trained what they were good at every day.

nNing was taken to the dining hall by Damian, while he talked about his life with Ning. He explained how he had come from a low status, but thanks to the physique he was born with, he had managed to overcome all odds to reach the level he had.

nThey then sat by the table, with Ning on one end and Damian on the other end, while his wives filled the sides of the table.

nNing ate what was the best food he had eaten since he came here. In fact, it was the tastiest thing he had eaten since he left Earth decades ago.

n“I’m glad you are enjoying this,” Damian said. “Brienne’s cooking is quite amazing.”

nThe golden-haired woman gave a small smile.

nThey talked as they ate, with Ning explaining parts of what he was, and Damian explaining how he was as strong as he was.

n“Hmm, now that’s an interesting physique,” Ning said.

n“Yes,” Damian said, but he didn’t seem as happy as he should have been.

n“Do you not like it?” Ning asked.

n“No, I absolutely love it,” Damian said. “If not for my physique, I wouldn’t have reached where I am. I wouldn’t have gotten to meet all of my lovely wives.”

n“Then why do you feel saddened?” Ning asked.

n“Well… the truth is, as much as this physique is a blessing, it is also curse on me,” Damian said. “So long as I have this physique, I can only have one child with one woman. And so…”

nDamian looked around at his 7 wives, and his problem became clear to Ning.

nNing paused and looked at the man. “Are you asking me for help?” he said.

nDamian’s grin became slightly more awkward. “Am I that transparent?” he asked.

nNing shook his head. “Nothing wrong with that,” he said.

nDamian felt slightly better. “Yes, I am asking for help. You said you were the closest thing to a god and that you can do almost anything you want to. I’m wondering, can you help me have more children than just one?” he asked.

nNing looked at the man and then down at his food which appeared to be in thought. On the inside, he was asking the System for more information about Damian’s physique. Saʀch* Th NovlFre .t website on Ggl to access chapters of nvels early and in the highest quality.

nDamian’s physique gave him the power to choose when his seed was potent enough to give him a child. Unfortunately, he could only choose just once.

nThe moment he made the decision, every other time he used his seed, it would be fruitless.

nThat wasn’t all. His seed was also so strong, that any woman who got pregnant with it could never again get pregnant at all. Giving birth once to a child with this physique meant that you could no longer have another child.

nThat was quite the downside, but it made sense considering how strong this physique was. If left to spread, these men would destroy the world easily.

nThe Will of the planet was careful it seemed. Even if Ning helped him here, the Will would immediately revert the physique back to how it was before.

nNing learned some more to see what he could do to help with the pregnancy and got some rather unfortunate answers.

n“I have good news and bad news,” Ning said.

n“What’s the good news?” Damian asked. The women looked toward Ning as well, silent and attentive, not wanting to miss a single moment of this.

n“I can help you with what you are asking,” Ning said. “I can make it so that you can have a child with each of the women. No, you can have many children, as many as you want.”

nDamian’s eyes widened in glee and hope. “You can help me then?” he asked, but as he did, his face changed. “No, what’s the bad news?”

n“Your children would be average with no talent. At least, they will have none of your talents, and perhaps just their mothers. Even that is hard to tell.”

nDamian’s eyes narrowed. “Wouldn’t that be close to having my bloodline come to an end?” he asked.

n“It would continue in a different way, but if you wish your physique to be transferred as well, then that is not happening,” Ning said.

n“But I do wish that,” Damian said. “But I can’t just give one of them a child and leave the other 6 bare. I can’t bear to do that.”

n“It’s alright,” one of the girls said. “We will be fine with it.”

n“Yes, we can handle it. You can’t afford to not have a child to keep your ancestor’s lineage alive. The world needs your physique, Damian,” another one of the girls said.

nNing watched as the girls consoled Damian one after another. As he watched them, another thought came to him.

n“I have a suggestion,” Ning said. “It’s a stupid suggestion, but considering the situation, I believe you will come to appreciate it.”

nDamian and the girls looked toward Ning. “What suggestion, sir Ning?” he asked.

n“You can only have one child, I cannot change that. However, there is a way I can make it so that one child belongs to all 7 of your wives,” Ning said. “Each one of them would be a biological mother to your child.”

n“So, while you only have one child, and the girls won’t have any other, they will still all be actual mothers, and won’t be left bare, as you say,” Ning said.

nDamian’s eyes narrowed. “Are there any downsides?” he asked.

nNing grinned. “What I just said were the downsides,” he said. “Wanna hear the upsides
