"Sir, I am going back to work following your footsteps. I hope that you keep inspiring people around you.
"
nKlautz tapped Liqui's shoulder who couldn't help but stand in a daze, as Klautz ran towards the other newbies to hunt for more beasts or at least that was what Liqui had thought.
n
"What just happened?
"
nHe was too confused to figure any of it. He couldn't even figure out that Klautz was escaping through the narrow lane. How could he figure out that he had just been robbed? It wouldn't until later that despair would truly grip onto him.
n
"Since when did someone under me became so cheeky?
" Liqui gritted his teeth.
nHe finally was able to get his sense back.
nHe remembered properly disciplining every last one of them. But even though the man he had just met had no manners as to how to talk to his superiors. It was alos because of this very reason that he was caught in a daze.
nHe turned around in a fit of rage but to his surprise Klautz was nowhere to be found.

"That makes it five, this much should be enough for us to win right?
" Evelyn asked as she counted the bags that the three men that had come along with them were carrying now.
nThey had a pitiable state where not even their head was visible as both of their arms filled up.
nIt was a pity but the three men were completely oblivious as to from where such large chunks of horns had come. Their closest guess was that Klautz had hunted it himself.
n'They weren't lying about him. He truly is a monster.' That was the conclusion they had reached.
nNeedless to say they had yet to know what a 'true' monster was likely that one that led them to make bad comparisons. There had been enough rumors going about in regards to Klautz and none of them were pleasing to the ears.
n
"Hmmm, it is true. This much should be enough. Every group we robbed had numbers equal to that of Benton at least and anyone else since it was supposed to be the so-called 'fair competition'. No matter how efficient Benton could be, he could never procure five times the average produce one could get.``
nKlautz continued.
"Unless…
"
n
"Unless? What of it? Anything more than this should be impossible.
"
nKlautz held onto his chin.
n
"That's not it. Think about it more. We had stolen it from the others. Is this something limited to only us? Maybe not as efficiently as us. But Benton could steal too if he wanted too? In fact any of them could do it as long they avoided getting caught. Who said that we are the only ones breaking the rules. Truth be told we can't even be sure that this is the only way to cheat.
"
nIndeed, Klautz infiltrated those possible 'cheating' groups and figured out what exactly they were planning to do or if they were planning to do anything at all. But there was simply a great lack of personnel on Klautz side.
nNo one was skilled enough to spy on these groups with such powerful individuals leading them. Not to mention that no one else could steal from them either. That could only bring doom to the Yukiho banner.
nOf course just because the other had a similar option didn't mean that they would be able to do it better than them. Considering Klautz skills and her ability they are almost an unmatchable pair.
n'But the same can't be said with certainty if we were to stop here.'
nIf they had gone through this together they might as well see through it to the very end. It wasn't Klautz being greedy, rather it was the necessity that they had to partake to ensure no problems to occur in the future. Of course for that to happen they had to prevent themselves from getting caught as well. Otherwise all of it would be pointless.
n
"But first let's send these guys back to the Yukiho group. At this point they are but unnecessary baggage to us.
" Klautz sighed.
nEvelyn nodded.
nThey were indeed quite close to the area the Yukiho group was hunting today.
n
"I agree.
"
nEven she had noticed that they were being slowed down because of them.
nShe was enjoying all of it and didn't want to be delayed.
nThe feeling of breaking the rules and coming out unscatched sent a different kind of feeling of exhilaration in her mind that was incomparable to anything else. It was the same kind of feeling when she was moving around murdering people at night like an unusual ghost impossible to detect.
nBut unlike her, Klautz who had broken rules throughout his life as a ninja didn't really feel any particularly strong emotions through it. It was a necessary and tedious task important for meeting his goals.
nBoth of them walked back to the area that their team was hunting. Under the Yukiho banner someone turned to the group of intruders.
n
"Klautz…?
" As soon as she noticed them Shizu was the first one to approach the group of five.
nShe couldn't help but look behind Klautz as she took notice of the sacs that the three men that were working along with Klautz had carried back.
n
"Those are?
"
nKlautz nodded. Klautz couldn't be sure what the other groups were planning so he could only rely on Shizu as one of the least few strong personnel they had.
n
"We brought more of those Dreadtaur horns. Of course it is your responsibility now to protect them from damage or theft.
"
nKlautz picked up a sac as he opened it in front of her to confirm her suspicion. It was a bag full of dull gray horns dyed in clotting black blood and yet it was quite ironic for they seemed to shimmer brighter than gold.
