nRemnant Lin was no pushover either. The situation had changed abruptly, but his reaction was extremely quick. He dodged at an extremely tricky angle, and the wind blade brushed past his face.
n
nHe had actually dodged it! Mo Chu frowned. However, in the next instant, a large, bloody cut wound suddenly appeared on Remnant Lin’s face.
n
nAlthough he had dodged the wind blade, he was damaged by the abundant elemental energy!
n
n“Hmph, interesting!” The corner of Remnant Lin’s mouth curled up into a sneer. One of his hands held tightly onto Mo Chu’s wrist, while the other hand caressed the wound on his face. Drops of fresh blood stained Remnant Lin’s fingertip, causing his smile to become even more sinister.
n
nMo Chu was shocked! This wind blade was extremely thin, but its lethality was not to be underestimated. To be able to control elemental abilities to such perfection, the user was definitely an expert amongst experts!
n
nOpposite him, a man stood in the middle of a crowd with a strong, straight posture. His silver hair was particularly eye-catching, and his exquisite mask blocked his facial features. Only his deep and resplendent eyes could be seen.
n
n“Fun, this game is even more fun with resistance!” Remnant Lin laughed loudly. He placed his blood-stained finger into his mouth and licked it clean. His arrogant gaze stared straight at the man opposite him. Suddenly, he let out a few unique cries.
n
nMo Chu frowned. Could it be that Remnant Lin had a hidden move?
n
nIndeed, the Remnant Blood Galactic Pirate Gang was not to be trifled with. They had a perfect track record. As long as they made their move, they had never failed.
n
nOther than these few people on the surface, Remnant Lin had already arranged for an assassin to hide among the group of passengers. It was just a contingency plan. Look, it came in handy now, right?
n
nUnfortunately, Remnant Lin had not been complacent for long before he noticed something strange. He had already given the order, so why was there still no movement?
n
nHe frowned and swept his gaze across the crowd. Only then did he realize that the hidden stake he had arranged among the passengers was long gone. It was probably already taken care of.
n
nA flash of worry appeared on Remnant Lin’s face, but it was gone in a blink of an eye.
n
n“Impressive!” There was no longer a smile on Remnant Lin’s face. A vicious aura burst forth, and he wished that he could tear this man in front of him apart. “This is the first time that someone had schemed against me. Interesting, interesting!”
n
nThe man opposite him looked at him and did not say a word. It could be considered as indirectly agreeing with his words.
n
nRemnant Lin gritted his teeth and activated the Personal Terminal on his wrist. His tone was fierce. “Fifth Brother, destroy the power supply on this ship!”
n
nA simple sentence made Mo Chu break out in cold sweat. Once the power supply on the ship was destroyed, they would not be able to continue moving forward. Once they fell into the interstellar black hole, all of them would die!
n
nDid this guy want to drag a ship full of people to die with him? Damn, this madman!
n
n“Don’t you worry, I’ve already taken care of them.” This was the first time the silver-haired man spoke, but he easily suppressed the panic of the entire ship.
n
n“Impossible!” Remnant Lin’s eyes widened and he roared in disbelief. The people he sent to the control room were all experts. How could they be taken down so easily?
n
nAlthough he shouted in disbelief, looking at the man’s determined eyes, Remnant Lin’s heart could not help but waver. When he saw that there was no reply from the terminal, he gritted his teeth!
n
n“I’ve been fighting sparrows for so many years, I didn’t expect to be pecked in the eye today! If that’s the case, even if I die, I’ll drag a few of you down with me!” Remnant Lin threw a series of fireballs at the crowd, causing waves of exclamations. However, they were blocked by a few wind blades casually released by the silver-haired man. The fireballs dissipated without a trace.
n
n“You!” Remnant Lin’s eyes were bloodshot. He knew that he would not be able to get anything out of this man. If it was not for the fact that he still had Mo Chu as a hostage, he would have been finished off by this man long ago!
n
