n“…Come again?”
nAruga asked with the body made from corpses of his follower. His voice had the power to make anyone cower before its might.
n“You dare put yourself against the mighty god?”
n“Stop joking,” Dohyuk scoffed, “The word god doesn’t fit you.”
nDohyuk had heard the truth from Kyuho already. Other than the sole almighty ‘God Casita’, the other gods were just survivors of trials. These were beasts that were only just a bit stronger and had lived longer.
n“And weren’t you weakest?”
n“…!”
n“I heard that you’re the weakest out of all those stupid gods.”
nHe tried to speak further, but his voice was unheard as Aruga screamed. The fury of the god spread throughout the city.
n“HOW DARE YOU!!!!”
nAruga knew that becoming a ‘god’ was a present given by Casita to the strongest who finished the trial. That’s how gods were born. But the strength came from the number of followers, and the pure strength of the original body. Aruga had many followers, but he and his world were not strong enough. His world was the weakest of all in Casita’s System. Aruga always knew this fact, and he always wanted to hide it.
nBut he was now being mocked by some weak mortal.
n“DIE!”
nDohyuk waited. Then, he shot up instantly, barely dodging the ray of light that struck where he was previously standing. It was the beginning.
n“I WILL BURN YOU ALIVE!”
nThe ray continued to attack Dohyuk. Its power was strong enough to turn anybody into dust within seconds.
n“BURN, YOU FOOL!”
nRays of light burst down from the skies and the pyramid was now crumbling. Dohyuk could barely manage to dodge every attack. At this rate, it was only a matter of time when a ray would eventually get Dohyuk. However, he clearly saw that Aruga’s body growing smaller.
nDohyuk knew from experience that these gods had limits as to how much and long they could use their power in this world. What he needed to do now was to outlast him.
nDohyuk opened his status.

nAnd Dohyuk did not see any of these as his burnt body dropped along with Aruga’s head.
