Chapter 25 Walking In The Streets

nAfter they were done, both of them laid back down on the bed to go to sleep.
nWell, it was only one of them that laid down to go to sleep. The other one had already been knocked out by the pleasure.
nIt wasn’t until noon that the two of them finally woke up again.
nWhen Lin Fan woke up, he found that Xiao Yue was still lying in bed even though she was clearly already awake, so he couldn’t help feeling worried as he asked, “Is something wrong?”
nXiao Yue had turned her back to him and had pulled the blankets up to hide her face, but she still said, “No, it’s nothing.”
nBut Lin Fan could hear that something was off, so he said, “You can tell me if something is wrong.”
nXiao Yue was silent for a bit before muttering, “It’s embarrassing…”
nLin Fan was even more confused as he asked, “What’s embarrassing? What do you mean?” Then he went forward to pull back the blanket as he wanted to see if there was anything wrong with her.
nHowever, when she saw that he was moving forward, she suddenly said, “I’m sore from last night and I can’t move…”
nLin Fan was confused at first why she would be sore, but then he quickly put it together.
nAh, so that’s what it was…
nHe might have been a bit too rough last night…
nAs he thought this, Lin Fan couldn’t help revealing a bit of an awkward smile. However, in that smile there was a trace of pride that couldn’t be hidden.
nLin Fan was feeling perfectly fine himself, so he got out of bed and got dressed before saying, “Uh, I’ll go get you some lunch.”
nXiao Yue felt a warm feeling fill her heart before she said, “Un.”
nLin Fan had a smile on his face as he walked down the stairs of the inn and went outside to get some breakfast from the store across the street.
nAfter bringing it back, he didn’t stay in the room as he headed out to head to the Mercenary Guild.
nThey still had a mission to turn in after all.
nWhen Lin Fan left the inn though, he came out alone.
nXiao Yue was still in bed with a sore back after what had happened last night.
nLin Fan didn’t take the most direct route to the Mercenary Guild and chose to walk around a bit since he was in a good mood today.
nIt was hard for him not to be in a good mood after what had happened last night. It was his first time, he had the right to be excited.
nAs he walked along the roads of the city, he couldn’t help feeling that it seemed even more beautiful than before.
nIt was almost as if there was a rose coloured tint to everything.
nBut this happiness didn’t last long as a voice suddenly rang in his ears, pulling him out of his stupor.
n“You really think you’re that high and mighty? Watch how I take care of you right now!”
nLin Fan knitted his brows the moment he heard this and he turned in the direction of this voice.
nHe had to admit, this voice was the perfect example of a villain’s voice. Even the words that he was saying was one of the classic cliches.
nWhen he turned in the direction of the voice, he even saw that there was a crowd gathered around the person that the voice came from.
nThis person was once again the perfect example of a bad guy with the way he looked. As well as the way he was holding his sword that he was pointing at the woman in front of him.
nHowever, as soon as Lin Fan’s eyes landed on the woman, he completely threw this man out of his thoughts since he had never seen anything like this before.
nThe first thing that attracted Lin Fan’s gaze wasn’t her face, even though she was very pretty. The first thing that caught Lin Fan’s eyes through the crowd was the twin peaks that stood proudly on her chest.
nThey were bigger than any that he had seen before. Bigger than Xiao Yue, bigger than Lala, and even bigger than Tian Tian.
nNot to mention that the dress that she was wearing had quite the low neckline. It only covered a little more than half of her chest and if it was a bit lower…
nBut what it didn’t cover was already a vast land of white. It was like a boundless field of pristine snow that was just waiting to be explored.
nSeeing it, Lin Fan couldn’t help giving a gulp as his mind began to race.
nHowever, he also quickly came back to his senses since the men that were surrounding her were starting to move towards her. Their hands were even in a very lewd gesture as they slowly moved towards her.
nIt wasn’t hard to guess what they were thinking.
nBut with how tough they looked and the swords that they held, no one came forward to help the woman.
nSo after taking a deep breath, Lin Fan pushed his way through the crowd and came out to stand in front of the woman. As he stood there, he raised one hand to keep her behind him as he looked at the men in front of him with cold eyes and said, “Big men like you grouping up on a woman like this? Aren’t you embarrassed?”
nThe men were clearly surprised to see someone showing up to help this woman, but they didn’t back down as they pointed their swords at Lin Fan. The leader of these men gave a snort before saying, “Kid, are you trying to play the hero here? You know that you’ll just get hurt, right?”
nLin Fan didn’t back down as he said, “You should leave now.”
nThe men were surprised by Lin Fan’s tone, but then they broke out in laughter. They kept laughing for a while before the leader said with a fierce smile, “Kid, if you kowtow now, I can consider letting you leave.”
nWhen Lin Fan heard this, he couldn’t stop himself from letting out a laugh.
nAfter all, this was just too cliche for him!
nSeeing him suddenly laughing, the men in front of him lost their temper as they roared, “Kid, you’re dead now!”
nAfter roaring this, he raised his sword and slashed down at Lin Fan.
nThe people around all took a cold breath when they saw this and there were quite a few women who cried out in terror.
nAfter all, Lin Fan was just too handsome!
nBut for Lin Fan, he didn’t show any fear at all because in his eyes, this man’s sword was moving just too slowly. It was almost as if it wasn’t moving at all.
nAfter what happened last night, Lin Fan was much stronger than before because of the Daoist Seed. So when he faced a man like this who didn’t have any cultivation at all, it was like an adult facing an unarmed child.
nLin Fan easily moved to the side and grabbed the man’s hand holding the sword. Then with a single flick of the wrist, the sword was forced out of the man’s hand and fell to the floor. After that, Lin Fan continued the momentum of his hand, spinning the man in the air before slamming him onto the ground.
nAll of this had happened in an instant and the man didn’t even understand what had happened as he landed on the ground.
nAll of the other men just saw their boss being thrown to the ground, so all they could do was stare at Lin Fan with looks of shock.
nLin Fan didn’t waste any time and in one swift motion, he charged forward. He grabbed the wrists of every single man that was in the group that assaulted this woman and threw them onto the ground just like he had done with the leader.
nAfter that, he returned to the spot that he had just been standing in, acting as if nothing had happened.
nAll of this only took the span of a few seconds.
nAs the men laid there looking up at the blue sky in front of them, it took them an entire minute before they realized what had just happened.
nThe men quickly stood up, but this time, they didn’t dare look at Lin Fan with looks of disdain. They all looked at Lin Fan with wary looks while also looking at their boss as if they were asking what they should do.
nThe leader of these men was also looking at Lin Fan with a wary look, but then as if something filled him with confidence, he suddenly said, “You! You won’t get away with this! I swear that you will pay for this!”
nThen he immediately waved his hand and started running away with his men.
nAs he ran away, he didn’t forget to add, “Remember this, you will regret what you’ve done today!”
nLin Fan wasn’t scared by this, rather he shook his head with a bitter smile when he heard this.
nThis man…he really was the embodiment of a cliche.
nEven the things that he shouted when he ran away were the exact same words that he had read countless times in many different novels and mangas…
nWhen the crowd saw the group of men running away, they knew that there wasn’t a show for them to watch any longer, so they quickly dispersed. With the skills that Lin Fan had demonstrated, they didn’t have enough lives to get involved with him, so there was nothing to gain from remaining here any longer.
nAfter the group of men ran away and the crowd dispersed, Lin Fan turned around to check on the woman.
nHowever, the moment that he did, he suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around him before pulling him in. The moment he was pulled in, he felt like he was sinking into a pair of clouds that cushioned his face.
n
