nToday was the final day before Lin Fan left for Night Fang City.

nIt started shaking in fear as it remembered what Lin Fan had put it through.

nSo as soon as it saw Lin Fan, it immediately…fell onto its back and turned around to show its belly in a show of submission.

nIt fully submitted to Lin Fan, not just because of the influence of the Love Gauge Taming skill, but because of the fear that it felt towards Lin Fan.

nLin Fan saw this and just petted it on the stomach before helping it up.

nThe Blaze Salamander was caught off guard when it was shown kindness from Lin Fan, but it played along since it figured that was what Lin Fan wanted.

nAfter helping it up, Lin Fan brought the evolution crystal forward for the Blaze Salamander.

nThe Blaze Salamander couldn’t help looking at it with a look of doubt, but seeing the firm look on Lin Fan’s face, it knew that it had no choice. So with an unwilling look on its face, it opened its mouth and swallowed the evolution crystal.

nThe moment that the Blaze Salamander swallowed it, it suddenly felt a burning sensation coming from inside of its stomach.

nHowever, this burning sensation wasn’t a bad thing.

nThe Blaze Salamander first revealed a surprised look in response to this before suddenly revealing an excited look.

nIt could feel the power coming from this burning sensation deep inside of it and it started focusing on that burning sensation.

nAt the same time, there were flames that started gathering around the body of the Blaze Salamander.

nThese flames weren’t intense, but the colour of the flames were pure. It was clear that these were highly condensed flames that were gathering around the Blaze Salamander.

nLin Fan just watched all of this happen to the Blaze Salamander with a feeling of expectation deep down.

nHe knew that this was a variant, so he was looking forward to what it would become after evolving.

nThis process continued for around half an hour.

nThe flames continued burning around the Blaze Salamander, filling the room with heat. Lin Fan didn’t mind this as he used his ice power to regulate the temperature in the room.

nIn the end, the flames completely surrounded the Blaze Salamander, almost like a cocoon. They were so strong that they completely blocked off the Blaze Salamander from sight.

nHowever, these flames didn’t last that long as they were the final part of the Blaze Salamander’s evolution.

nWhen it came out of the flames, Lin Fan found that it didn’t look much different compared to before.

nThe only real difference with it was that there were now a pair of small wings on its back.

nAfter the cocoon disappeared, the Blaze Salamander just stood there in a daze as it sorted out its own evolution and assessed its power. Then it suddenly opened its wings and with a flap of those wings, it took off into the air.

nIt just flapped its wings as it floated there in place, as if trying to figure out how to fly.

nThen it suddenly flew out and circled around the room a few times.

nThis room was quite the large room since it was specially made for training and experiments, so the Blaze Salamander was able to fly quite far.

nDuring this time, Lin Fan had used his Appraisal Eyes on the Blaze Salamander.

nHe found that the race of the Blaze Salamander was still the same and it was still a variant, but there was something that had been added to the description of the Blaze Salamander.

nThere was now a purity percentage that had been added.

nAs for what kind of purity it was…it was true dragon blood purity.

nAs he had expected, the evolution of the Blaze Salamander variant was related to dragons.

nWhen he looked more closely, he wasn’t surprised to find that the bloodline that the Blaze Salamander was the fire dragon bloodline since it was the “Blaze” Salamander.

nBut the thing that he paid attention to the most was the purity percentage itself.

nThat was because he had a need for the fire dragon blood.

nSo he was curious what kind of percentage of purity was needed before it would count.

nThe Blaze Salamander had been flying around enjoying itself, but then it remembered something.

nIt looked down at Lin Fan who was just standing there and flew down to him.

nAfter it had evolved, it had broken through and reached the High Foundation Realm, so it was much stronger compared to before.

nHowever, this Blaze Salamander didn’t attack Lin Fan like one would expect.

nLin Fan just patted the Blaze Salamander on the head before looking carefully at it. He looked all over its body as if he was trying to find something specific.

nFinally, Lin Fan reached his hand out to pat the Blaze Salamander on the head again before saying, “Can you give me a bit of your blood?”

nThe Blaze Salamander was taken aback when it heard this.

nIt looked at Lin Fan with an unwilling look, but it could see the determined look in Lin Fan’s eyes.

nEven if it rejected this request, it was certain that Lin Fan would find a way to get it to give him its blood.

nSo without a choice, the Blaze Salamander could only nod in agreement to this.
