Chapter 50 - Real Strength

nSwishh!!!
nOlga swung the massive, menacing ace with such speed that even made Viktor feel a bit scared.
nAlthough the axe looked heavy, it was able to cut thick metal like cutting a piece of paper. He has no doubt the weapon could easily separate his head from his body.
nThe image of himself, gasping for life as his head rolled away from his body, only made Viktor’s concentration waver. In that split second, a kick landed on his torso, and he was launched out of the wooden hut.
nBamm!
n“Ugh, it hurts, god dammit!” Viktor landed on the soft snow, but he could feel his entire body ache.
nThat was definitely a hit from someone with at least 40 or could even be 50 points of strength. What he felt was definitely much stronger than a hit from a stage 3 zombie. No wonder his two bodyguards ended up incapacitated with just one hit.
nOlga, the bearded man, walked out of the hut with his lips curled into a wicked smile.
n“Hahaha! What happened to you, Young Master?! Have you ever been hit like a dog before? I have to confess, I am really enjoying this!”
nViktor gritted his teeth and stood up despite his trembling body. Behind him, he saw the battle with the lemmings was also almost over. From how it looks, apparently only a few of them were still standing.
nHe turned to look at the bearded Olga and said.
n“Look, your friends are in trouble. Why don’t you just help them and leave me alone?”-.
n“Hahaha!” The man laughed so loudly, glanced at them, and said. “I told you before, only a ten year old needs a friend!”
nThe bearded man swung his axe again as a show of power and said.
n“What with that silly metal armor! Haha it won’t be useful against my tier 2 axe! Now, prepare to die!”
nOlga charged at him again at high speeds, and there was no way Viktor could afford to joke around anymore. He took a deep breath, calmed himself, and concentrated on Olga’s movements before dodging his attack at the last possible moment.
nSwissh!
nThe axe swung fast, but Viktor managed to dodge the first and second strikes perfectly. It was enough to surprise the bearded man.
n“How could it be?! That is impossible!”
nOlga was confident of his speed. His mouth was agape, unable to contain his shock as he saw Viktor was able to dodge it.
n“Urgh… You just walked out of the bunker, yet you have such a high speed… You are one of those spirit enhancers, aren’t you?! Hah! God is definitely unfair!”
nViktor could not understand what the bearded man was saying. But he was sure of one thing, if the god he was talking about came in blue, he was probably right.
nOlga’s eyes were clouded with rage, as he raised his axe and once again dashed towards him.
nSwiisshhh! Swisshhh!
nBut once again, Viktor was able to dodge it. The swing grew a little faster with his rage, but Viktor’s 49 agility stayed untouchable.
nAs Viktor dodged more and more attacks, Olga’s expression started to turn sour.
nThe truth was Viktor could tell that Olga’s speed was much faster when the man took out his two men, he believed it was the alien dagger that was still lodged in his back waist that seems to affect the man’s movement speed.
nViktor’s previous hidden attack was actually the cause of this.
nUnwilling to accept his defeat, Olga stopped for a moment and pulled the knife that was stabbed into his waist.
nHe removed the blade, and dropped the blood-stained blade on the snow roaring in pain.
nViktor tried to hold back his smirk. Although this act might help the bearded man move as fast as before, blood would start to gush from it.
nThe man’s really hate the Romanov so much that he turned so stupid. He might be able to move unhindered right now, but it will only make him lose more blood as he was chasing Viktor.
nNow, all Viktor needed to do was run around until Olga ran out of strength from losing too much blood.
nIt was certainly a good and relatively safe plan better than risk being hit by his monstrous strength.
nUnfortunately, things don’t always go as planned. As Viktor dodged the attacks from the enraged bearded man, another figure came to him from behind.
nWith a quick look, Viktor saw that it was the guy with the ability to turn his skin into stone.
nThe man appears to be still in shock from the lemmings battle but probably his stone skin helps him. Get through it safely
nHowever, even if both of them attacked him together, he would still be fine, the man was much slower than Olga afterall.
n“I will let this ugly bearded bastard fall first, then I will deal with you later” Viktor thought to himself.
nHowever, one thing Viktor didn’t count on was how easy it was for Olga’s anger to reach the boiling point. Irritated for being unable to chase Viktor, he decided to order his subordinate.
n“You go and grab the girl! Let’s see if he’s still running after this!”
n“Darn it…” Viktor muttered under his breath.
nThis ugly bearded man was not only difficult to look at without gagging, he was also such a party pooper. Does he even have any sense of sportsmanship?
nThe guy with the stone skin walked back towards the hut while Olga kept an eye on Viktor, ready to stop him if he tried to get near.
n“What are you, a coward? Leave the girl alone!”
n“Oh, I will. Just Let me break your leg, then I will leave her alone… Maybe, hahaha!”
nViktor sighed. That was such a classic, cliche villain move.
nHe was no hero, that much was clear, and if given the choice he would rather turn tail on everything as long as he was safe. But, he has a special hatred for those who were willing to hurt a god-given beautiful creature.
nKyaaa!!!
nAs the man got closer and closer, Viktor heard the shout of a damsel in distress, as if trying to beckon him
n“Argh, dammit!” Viktor gritted his teeth. “I should force more spirit stones into her after this!”
nUnable to stay put after the taunt, Viktor dashed towards the hut, and Olga’s expression changed into a cruel smile, as he thought he was finally going to catch Viktor this time. With all his strength, he swung the axe right where he was going to pass.
nSwisssshh!
nClankk!!
nA loud metallic sound could be heard piercing the ears. Unlike before, this time Viktor has no plans to run. His reaction time was fast enough to grab the axe with both his arms.
n“Hahaha! You dumb fool!” Olga shouted, thinking he would finally be able to cut this young master into two.
nIn a few moments, his glee turned to shock, as seconds passed and he realized Viktor was able to hold his axe with his own strength.
nAll Might
nA glowing symbol flashed in his mind with a message.
nYou have received 36 points in strength.
nDuration: 3 minutes
nStrength – 29(65)
nAgility – 49
nEndurance – 30
nBattle Power – 36(48)
nWith 65 points of strength, Viktor could feel surges of power rushing through his veins. He wasn’t just able to hold Olga’s full power swing, but he even managed to lock his wrist and press even harder, hurting the enemy’s wrist with a loud crack.
n“What the hell?!”
nRight at that moment, Olga’s face turned pale.
n
