nYuanyuan came in with a large green leaf with several pieces of palm-sized roast meat and two bright red fruits on it.

nShe walked in on Su Tang, waving her hands around. After the brief shock, she happily went over. “Healer, you woke up!”

nSu Tang’s arms went stiff. She smiled awkwardly at Yuanyuan. “H-hello…”

nYuanyuan was caught by surprise again!

n“Healer, you can communicate with us after all.”

nSu Tang only realized that she was the only person capable of seeing the blue screen, judging from Yuanyuan’s nonreaction.

nShe happily nodded and said softly, “Uh-huh. Is that roast meat for me? It smells great.”

nYuanyuan hurriedly handed her the leaf and said reverently, “Healer, this was made by the best cook in the tribe. Please have some!”

nSu Tang took the roast meat from her awkwardly. “Stop calling me that. My name is Su Tang. What’s yours?”

n“My name is Yuanyuan!”

nSu Tang felt a lot more relaxed. She even wondered happily if this will be the first person she befriends in this world.

n“Stop standing. Come over and have a seat! We can share it since I can’t finish it all!”

nSu Tang moved in on the stone bed and made space for Yuanyuan as she spoke.

nYuanyuan looked shocked. “Healer, this is just a snack since it isn’t time to eat yet. I was worried it wasn’t enough for you. Are you really unable to finish it?”

nSu Tang instantly went quiet.

nSince there was around one kilogram of meat here and two fruits that resembled apples, it was over a kilogram worth of food. Even if she was a glutton, she could not finish it all…

nSomething suddenly dawned on Yuanyuan as Su Tang contemplated. “No wonder you are so underdeveloped! You haven’t had enough meat to eat!”

nShe looked at Su Tang pitifully. “Don’t worry! Ever since the new chief took over, we have meat all the time other than the cold season when there’s nothing to hunt! If you live in our tribe, you will certainly become bigger!”

nSu Tang quietly looked at Yuanyuan’s chest before she lowered her eyes to check hers out. In comparison, Yuanyuan was certainly more well-endowed…

nWhat was she thinking?

nSu Tang pulled Yuanyuan’s arm and gestured for her to sit down. “Just call me Tangtang. I’ll call you Yuanyuan, okay?”

nYuanyuan nodded. “Certainly, Healer. Eat up before it turns cold!”

nSu Tang went speechless: “…”

nShe was supposed to call her “Tangtang,” but she did not do it!

nShe picked up a piece of meat. The food certainly smelled good!

nIt smelled so delicious that it made her stomach growl.

nShe took a bite.

nSu Tang was shocked. “…”

nWhy was it so tasteless? Did beastmen not know what salt was?

nSu Tang almost wanted to cry.

nYuanyuan’s big, beautiful eyes glinted in anticipation as she asked, “What do you think? Was it good?”

nWhat else could Su Tang say? She could only nod quietly.

nShe ought to be thankful that they had knowledge of fire and that the meat was cooked!

nYuanyuan looked smug. “I just knew you’d like it! I only get to eat roast meat when I’m sick. I’m not allowed to eat it usually!”

nSu Tang laughed. Just as she was about to reply, a powerful husky voice came from the cave entrance.

n“Yuanyuan, who are you talking to?”

n
